Filthy accommodation.
Pros:

Nothing it was dirty, you saw no one to ask for clean towels ,our towels had to last through the stay,wouldn't recommend to anyone.

It's filthy showers are pathetic the whole set up is disgusting

Pros:

Convenient for the beach, town and the great orme.
Easy self check-in,
The Bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.
Street Parking is sometimes available but if not a little way down the road there are normally some spaces.

My second visit and I will be back again later In the year.

Pros:

Nothing! This hotel is too old! We were on the 3rd ( last floor) .The room is very old.The floar was shaking everytime we stepped around.The bath room water shower was not working.Its either hot or cold water also no lights.Very old wiindows and the mattress was spring and broke my back.I had a nice holiday but this hotel left me with some unpleasent nights.We will never go there again!

Great location, needs a better cleaner!

Amazing location, 5 mins from the pier and beach and on the same street as the mountain tramway.

Cons:

We arrived in the middle of the heatwave and the room was a sun trap, curtains left open and the heater was on! Room according to our baby monitor was 34c so trying to get the kids to sleep was near impossible. On arrival we put some items in the drawers and found a mouldy sandwich, cups were still dirty from the previous guests. Considering we paid £103 for the stay, we were not comfortable.

Absolute nightmare. Zero service and no communication at all.

Mostly everything.
There was nobody on site - neither during check in nor check out. As the area has literally no 4G / network connection I didn’t get any messages re door code. Despite a sign saying the reception is manned daily until 18:00, there was nobody there at 16:30 hrs. When we finally made it into the building and arrived inside, some other guests had settled into our room already as there was nobody at reception and they just chose an empty room. We were left alone to deal with this situation
Communication with host was non existing (no response to my calls, messages, voicemails, in app texts).
Rooms were very very dated, not particularly clean and also some facilities not working (I.e. TV, shower etc. the room opposite of us didn’t close / door broken). An absolute nightmare…
Even after two days, the host / owner haven’t replied to any of my calls or in app messages.
I can definitely jot recommend this place and won’t stay again here…

Horrible issues with matreess and broken door lock!!
Pros:

Good to have a good sheets and towels and close to beach.

Cons:

1. Room 12 door lock is broken .
2. Room 4 bed is broken, one side of bed is already on floor. Terrible experience with kids.

Ok stay close to attractions
Pros:

Location is really good, close to pier and other attractions.

Cons:

Rooms and decor is very outdated and compact. Shower needs urgent changes, no shampoo, shower gel.
Windows need repair. No fans, we were suffocaring in there..

Crap don’t book
Pros:

No staff at property phone number but nobody answered you get a text message with a code and room key in door not safe and if you don’t get text you are left outside as nobody answers the phone not a good place not safe very disappointed

Disgusting place avoid at all costs

Cons:

No staff on reception- had to call to get access which took 35 minutes for somebody to answer the phone.
Room door broken and splintered unable to fully open - carpet ripped and dirty - radiator ripped off the wall - room and bathroom dirty and mouldy
When toilet was flushed the whole bathroom flooded with water gushing out from the waste pipe- called the number again to be told they could not get any Maintenace out to fix the issue as it was Bank Holiday
Had to use the available towels to try to soak up the water
We’re booked for 2 nights but it was so bad we left after 1 night and booked elsewhere. - we will be requesting a full refund
Booking.com should not be using this facility- no presence on site and dirty and unsafe
