Cons:

Le personnel est très aimable mais pas d’une compétence incroyable. Plus d’une heure pour le check in, c’est long, surtout pour vous annoncer apres que tout ce temps les chambres ne sont pas prêtes.

I would stay there again. Loved the location, staff, food and ambience. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
Pros:

Location was ideal. Clean, professional staff and helpful. Easy to get taxis. Onsen was amazing. Breakfast variety was impressive.

Maravilloso hotel en el centro de Gion
Pros:

Maravilloso hotel, decorado con excelente gusto, habitaciones muy amplias, muy bien situado en Gion, en el centro al lado de un templo. Hall super agradable para pasar un rato descansando. Y los baños públicos excelentes!
