Pros:

I booked the hotel in a rush.on the same day i was due to arrive. I had no idea i booked a suite room which had a full kitchen, downstairs and upstairs. the receptionist personally showed me to my room. really good value for money with it costing £90 a night.

Cons:

They needed to have oven gloves in the kitchen. I ended up using a hand towel to get the food out the oven

Highly exceeded expecations. Staff were amazing. Quiet, clean, unbelievably spacious.
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we felt like they genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our children and their comfort. Our room was very spacious, very comforfable, quiet, clean and with the most beautiful WC. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel both times for when our son does football tournaments at St George's Park, definitely making this hotel our staple whenever we have to come back to the area.

Pros:

Good parking, good value, clean room and bathroom. Excellent late check in by the night porter. Fridge and microwave.

Cons:

Bed was really hard and I think the pillows have been carved from wood. Bathroom, although very clean looked shabby… needed re tiling. Curtains could do with a run through the washing machine.

A good hotel, no issues.
Pros:

Room upgrade meaning great value for money. Tea and coffee available. Fridge in room to store food, drinks and alcohol. No complaints at all.

Pros:

Good location, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and the free bottled water was a great bonus

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned very well or at all the night I had it. I thought £95 per night was very expensive considering how unclean it was. The bath was very small, I'm not a big bloke and I felt squished in it and the shower was terrible.
