You get what you pay for... treat yourself to somewhere a LITTLE nicer
Pros:

Cheap, clean sheets. Very fast fuss-free check in and check out. Free parking. Close to Wetherspoons.

Cons:

On one hand I don't like to moan, especially for a very affordable place booked last minute. But this was disappointing even for the price. Headboard chipped and worn out. A wall-mounted hair dryer from the 1980s. Showerhead was broken (leaked around the base so I took it off an used the hose). The period fireplace was full of dust and debris. The bathroom had a creepy cupboard with old pipes in it. Window wouldnt shut properly. The hotel facilities like the bar were closed for renovation which felt quite ghostly. I didnt really like hanging around in the room but thankfully Wetherspoons is only a 5 minute walk away. Honestly its a fuss-free place to sleep with a roof that I should be grateful for but I wish I had splurged just a little more and got a Premier Inn or an Ibis.

A really good stay. Will certainly stay again.
Pros:

Excellent accommodation - a "home from home". Amazing suite of rooms. Good town centre location (very quiet despite the busy location). Staff on duty 24 hours.

Cons:

No power point or shaver point in the bathroom. Needed a glass in the bathroom and sugar for the tea/coffee which I expected to be in the room. Very open car park (but no problems)

Pros:

I booked the hotel in a rush.on the same day i was due to arrive. I had no idea i booked a suite room which had a full kitchen, downstairs and upstairs. the receptionist personally showed me to my room. really good value for money with it costing £90 a night.

Cons:

They needed to have oven gloves in the kitchen. I ended up using a hand towel to get the food out the oven

Highly exceeded expecations. Staff were amazing. Quiet, clean, unbelievably spacious.
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we felt like they genuinely cared about the wellbeing of our children and their comfort. Our room was very spacious, very comforfable, quiet, clean and with the most beautiful WC. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel both times for when our son does football tournaments at St George's Park, definitely making this hotel our staple whenever we have to come back to the area.
