Highly recommend this place.
Pros:

It’s in a great location and is pretty reasonably priced - for central Edinburgh. The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. Quiet, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Couldn’t fault it!! And the coffee is delicious.

Cons:

Nothing. I’ll stay again!

Good location with a coffee shop in the lobby.
Pros:

It was a good location. The property was very clean. I liked that it had a coffee shop on site.

Cons:

We were in the basement and it was rather dark even with the lights on. The sofa bed was very creaky. Any movement caused it to creak during sleep.

Great Staff, Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
Pros:

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and there were several things we really appreciated.

The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and one of the highlights of our experience. I would also like to sincerely thank the team for accommodating my request to have our three rooms located on the same floor, which made our stay much more convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and we especially appreciate that they provided us with portable air conditioners, which made a noticeable difference to our comfort. We also liked the quiet atmosphere, the spacious rooms, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Cons:

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. It would be great to offer more flexible late check-out options with additional time slots, even if they come with an extra charge. Unfortunately, the rooms had an unpleasant smell upon arrival. The kitchen equipment was not complete, and some of the utensils were not properly cleaned.

Daily housekeeping would greatly enhance the guest experience, along with replenishing essential amenities such as tissues every day. The rooms also do not have telephones, which made it inconvenient to contact the reception, as we had to go downstairs whenever we needed assistance.

The sound system was not functioning properly, and I was also unable to find the necessary cable to connect it. While the room size was excellent, it would have been even better if the sofa had been a sofa bed for added flexibility.

Verglichen mit vielen anderen Hotels freuen wir uns, dieses Apartment-Hotel gefunden zu haben
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist prima - man ist schnell überall.
Frühstück ist ab 8 Uhr verfügbar, früher als die meisten umliegenden Bistros / Bars etc. Es ist auch sehr lecker.
Wir lieben Apartments, die einem mehr Freiheit und Raum geben. Und die Ausstattung war gut, zweckmäßig und sehr sauber!

Cons:

Es gab eine kleine Terrasse, die aber nicht genutzt werden konnte. Wahrscheinlich, weil sie von mehreren Parteien zugänglich gewesen wäre.
Zum Frühstück gab es wenig Variation - bei einem längeren Aufenthalt kann das etwas 'langweilig' werden.

Very cute hotel in great location!
Pros:

Favorite Edinburgh hotel
Pros:

My favorite hotel in Edinburgh. The staff and hospitality are excellent, the room is enormous and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer is amazing when traveling for a long time. The location is all excellent
