Cons:

There was a maintenance problem and we had to move rooms. It was after a long day out. So we moved all of our belongings into a smaller room.

Was set up for one person so one towel etc so we then had to ask for supplies.

Feel maybe there could have been a complimentary drink for this but wasnt acknowledged

Pros:

The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the metro. The staff were very friendly, and the room was good enough for a comfortable stay. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, they kindly allowed me to check in early at 11:00 AM, which I really appreciated.

Th apartment we booked was perfectly equipped for our stay with our 2 year old son. The swimming pool was also fabulous! And great location with the metro nearby. Would definitely go again!

L'emplacement, la tranquillité, le service,la gentillesse et serviabilité des employés, le petit déjeuner très copieux, la qualité de la literie, la piscine chauffée ,la propreté des extérieurs. Côté déplacement la proximité de la bouche de métro.

Cons:

Pas de bar à la piscine sa ouvre seulement en haute saison, pas de bar ou de quoi manger après 22h dans l’hôtel
Je serait de retour cette été j'espere avoir tout les service ouvert.
