Other than the noise above,we were pleased with our stay.
Pros:

The convenience of location to arriving at our bus tour stop by Target. Loved that the room was ground floor near parking lot door access to our cars.

Cons:

That there was a baseball tournament group of boys above our room. They must of been jumping off the beds, running with heavy feet, and slamming something. Just about to fall asleep then BAM!

Worst staff I have ever encountered In the World.
Pros:

It was close to the conference I was attending.

Cons:

This was potentially the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. I was in the military and have traveled the world. At some locations the people didn’t like Americans and even in those countries I was treated better than the staff at this hotel. They were extremely rude and I highly encourage for anyone traveling to Pittsburgh to stay at a different location even if you have to drive a little further. Maybe stay at a Hilton. Sincerely worst hotel I have ever stayed at the the staff was horrible.
