Worst staff I have ever encountered In the World.
Pros:

It was close to the conference I was attending.

Cons:

This was potentially the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. I was in the military and have traveled the world. At some locations the people didn’t like Americans and even in those countries I was treated better than the staff at this hotel. They were extremely rude and I highly encourage for anyone traveling to Pittsburgh to stay at a different location even if you have to drive a little further. Maybe stay at a Hilton. Sincerely worst hotel I have ever stayed at the the staff was horrible.

Pros:

Good location easy access to alot of restaurants and cvs the mall expressway lots of parking

Cons:

The price was way over the top I do understand it was an event going on buy the price I paid was way to much and I had to wait until after 3pm to check in due to lack of staff

Pros:

very clean, staff was great, the pool was nice(not very big but nice), breakfast was great and the location was so close to everything we wanted to go to

Cons:

the only things i really didn't like were the parking, the request to have our rooms close was not able to be made, and the pool was small and there happened to be a ton of kids on the night we went and they were chaotic in the pool but other than that it was great
