The property was very practical but I didn’t enjoy being there. I’m still waiting for a deposit to be released for my ro

Great apartments and pool.

Cons:

Not a welcoming place, I felt like I was putting the staff out trying to check in. You have to leave deposits for everything and leave a driving licence to borrow a trolly for luggage. Communication before checking in was non existent, didn’t reply to emails from me or booking.com

One night stay with kids
Pros:

The one-bedroom suite was very spacious. We stayed for one night as a family of four and especially appreciated the washing machine. The room was clean, and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

Cons:

The sofa-bed mattress was a bit old and squeaky, but it wasn’t a major issue—we still slept well.

Pros:

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, bathroom and shower were great, bed was comfortable. Fitness center was good, Activities Center had computers with printer, drinking water refilling station, pool was nice, outside barbecue stations were great. Location is off Strip, which is what we liked but the Silverton Casino and Bass Pro Shop are right on the property.

Great Stay
Pros:

Room was perfect and very comfortable plus conveniently located to everything. Parking was easy, Restaurants in casino were great!

Cons:

Sent a couple requests and even went in person the day before check in to request a slightly earlier check in due to event that we needed to attend and hoping to freshen up however we were not able to check in until after 4pm. Very disappointing. Working in the hospitality industry I feel as more effort could have been made to accomodate the request.
