Pros:

Greeted by friendly and cheerful staffs. Property and room spacious and clean. Lots of cable channels to choose from Kids to movies and documentary. News channel with variety of languages. Breakfast was delicious with local spreads.

Cons:

Toilet could do some touch up and the shower water pressure could be better. Need to ask for extra pillows as they are very soft to sleep in.

Great hotel for a short stay if you want to explore Nagoya on foot
Pros:

As usual, Batam hospitality is the best, bar none. Staff were friendly helpful polite and accommodating. Location was right in the smack of Nagoya within walking distance of a lot of attractions, malls, city walk etc

Cons:

Room was a bit small but not complaining as it was comfy. Can be quite noisy as its facing the main road so motorcycles zooming past in the middle of the night till wee hours of the morning should be expected. Maybe rooms on the higher floors would be less affected by traffic noises at night. I got room 103 so it was on the lowest floor.

Pros:

Op personeel en hygiëne niks aan te merken, maar de plaatsing van wc en wasbak is erg erg erg ongelukkig.

Heb een dikke blauwe plek aan mijn been overgehouden omdat de wasbak veel te dichtbij staat. Helaas kan ik daardoor deze hotel niet verder aanbevelen en zal ik ook niet meer naar deze locatie terug willen. Personeel is wel echt fantatisch
