Okay for a short stay.
Pros:

Nothing much, normal. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I got the superior queen room. Toilet is old and a bit rusty. Tap water has a kind of taste. The hotel is busy with traffic dare not cross over to walk to Nagoya shopping mall eventhou its a walking distance. As expected traffic noise near the road. As we dont spend most of our day in the room so its not that bothering. Hotel provide 2 pillows only, need to pay for IDR 50,000 when requested for extra 2 pcs more 😏. Breakfast is okay, few choices to choose. So so taste.

Strategic location, very near to convenience marts, local restaurants & food vendors, near to shopping mall.

A comfortable value for money stay
Pros:

They have an excellent full vegetarian breakfast and the location is well suited for going around Batam. The staff are friendly and helpful.
