My brother lives in Madison and I was visiting for a couple days. Shivam was my valet and did an excellent job while being polite as well.
Was in town for a college visit. Had a great time at the hotel! Shivam the valet guy was a great help with our bags! If you’re ever in town and he’s working, you’ll have the best time.
I was staying at the hotel for a business trip last weekend at 10 pm. I had a great time and the valet, Shivam, was extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend this man to everyone. He is great. Shout out to him!
Literally the air conditioning is TERRIBLE in this place. My room on the 8th floor will not get below 70 degrees and the rooftop restaurant is stuffy and warm. Don’t use the bathroom in the restaurant- absolutely no air in that space!!! It is July, it is 95 degrees outside, but proper climate control is not rocket science. We will never return to this hotel in the summer months. Very ironic for being called the “AC Hotel”- we are still searching for the AC!!

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean!
Very friendly welcome from the front desk! The room was modern & minimalist in a good way. No heavy dresser that few people use. The bed pedestal was built inset so clumsy folks like me wouldn’t stub our toes. Great shower & bathroom. Convenient mini fridge- don’t know why all nicer hotels don’t have one. Clean. Modern. Great room & people!

First off this hotel smells amazing! Its location is awesome with a view of the capital or a water view. Walking distance to so many incredible food options! Thermostat only goes down to 67 (bad for hot sleepers) but the awesome
front desk brought me a box fan and we were back in business!
