Cons:

MAL SERVICIO DE LA CAFETERIA/BAR DONDE SE SIRVEN LOS DESAYUNOS. EL TIEMPO DE ESPERA CASI UNA HORA Y MUY LIMITADO DE PRODUCTOS. NO MERECE LA PENA CONTRATAR DESAYUNO.

Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer täglich gereinigt (Toilettenpapier fehlte täglich aber beim Nachfragen jedoch erhalten), Lage optimal, Strand 3 min. entfernt> Top
Frühstück....sieh unten :-(

Cons:

Das Frühstück war wirklich zum Vergessen: sehr geringe Auswahl, arrogantes und unfreundliches Personal und vor allem absolut inakzeptable hygienische Zustände.
Ich möchte jedoch ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass der Frühstücksservice nicht zum Hotel gehört. Das Hotel selbst trägt daher keine Verantwortung für diese negative Erfahrung.
Wenn Sie hier übernachten möchten, empfehle ich Ihnen, ohne Frühstück zu buchen.

Ausserdem konnte ich die Terrasse mit dem Pool abends nie nutzen, da sie immer geschlossen war und kein Personal vor Ort war.

Cons:

Geen variatie bij ontbijt. Bij drukte bij ontbijt was het chaos en stress bij de bediening. Zij konden dit niet aan, en worden dan nogal kortaf.

Pros:

Amazing location, just 1min walk to the beach. Great view from rooftop. Calm and relaxing beach with clear water and white sand! Breakfast included was simple but tasty and the staff serving it was very friendly. It isn’t the traditional self-service buffet so, if you are vegan, you only have one option (tostada with tomato, olive oil and avocado), for everyone else: coffee/OJ + one tostada of your choice.

Cons:

Unfortunately a few things made our stay not the best:
1) AC not cooling the room properly. We needed to leave it on 24/7 to keep the room chilled (20°C). Mold was growing outside the AC vent which got me a bit worried about cleaning. However, we stayed only three nights.
2)reception informed us on arrival that our car was ok where we parked (on street, meters from the hotel). We didn’t realised the blue line due to the torrential rain. We got two fines for parking overnight (5pm + 11am). When asked reception they just said sorry. Hotel staff tried very little to help us overall!
4) We had a small problem with our door (lock battery died) so our card would not work. A bit tiring after all the other issues, having to wait nearly 30 minutes for it to be fixed, in the warm hotel hall, wasn’t nice.

Buen hotel para ir a la playa y al casco antiguo
Pros:

La ubicación, la relación calidad precio, las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas. La terraza de arriba tiene unas vistas espectaculares, tienen un bar pero estaba cerrado mientras estuvimos pero buscabas algo de beber en el bar de abajo y te lo subías. Si pusieran personal en el bar de arriba y algo de música estaría increíble

El desayuno se sirve en el bar del hotel y es correcto pero el personal está saturado atienden lo mejor que pueden pero suele estar bastante lleno el bar y tienen muy poco personal, eso si las tostadas divinas y te atienden amablemente

Pros:

La habitación era amplia y la cama muy cómoda. Nos gustó que el chico que nos recibió fue muy amable y la camarera que nos servía el desayuno igual, daba gusto pedir con ella.

Cons:

No como tal que no nos gustara, es una cafetería, no un buffet como en otros hoteles, lo cual indica que la variedad es escasa. A mí me daba igual. No hay parking, tienes que buscar aparcamiento alrededor y es de pago.
