Pros:

Sobre todo la ubicación,muy cerca de la playa del Sardinero que era lo que buscábamos.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador,es un apartamento en general caluroso salvo por la noche que refresca más.
El menaje de cocina es algo escaso y viejo.Las sartenes no las usamos de lo mal que estaban.
No te ponen bayeta y estropajo nuevos sino que tienes que usar los de los anteriores clientes.
El desayuno escaso y apenas reponen las cosas a no ser que se lo pidas (de los 7 días que estuvimos solo dos días había algo más de fruta,dos kiwis,dos plátanos,…bizcocho solo pusieron un día y solo dos trozos,el pan que no fuera pan Bimbo lo ponían a cuenta gotas….).

Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable.
Location is awesome just a few meters from the beautiful beach and amazing restaurants.
Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

The only thing we missed was some fresh vegetables for breakfast.

Pros:

La ubicación, las instalaciones, el apartamento con cocina y balcón, y la amabilidad del personal

Cons:

La opción de reserva de plaza de garaje no es previa, sino bajo demanda a la llegada, pero después de estar allí entiendo mejor el por qué. La posibilidad de aparcar en la calle es realista y gratuita, y aunque depende de la temporada o del día de la semana, en nuestro caso fué aúltimos de junio, y pudimos aparcar todos los días en la misma calle del hotel.

Inmejorable ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es sublime, al lado de la plaza de Italia, a 100 metros de la playa.
El personal es excepcional, todos amables y muy atentos para ayudarte.
Tiene un restaurante Mexicano al lado de recepción y estaba todo increíble!

Cons:

Quizás su único punto debil es que hay algunas cosas que se ven un poco más antiguas, pero todo está genial.

Pros:

Amazing location next to El Saridenero Beach. Staff is very nice. The view from the terrace over the treetops, the Casino to the beach.

Cons:

No air conditioning or fans in the rooms. Because of the lack of ventilation the rooms can stink due to humidity.

Very nice hotel and well worth the price for staying there, great location not far from beach and staff were great even though girl on reception didnt speak much English 🤣 room very clean with great view of sea from balcony, would definitely stay again 😀😀🌞🌞

Apartamento para ir a la playa en una zona tranquila
Pros:

El personal de la recepción muy amable. Apartamento muy amplio con una pequeña terraza, aunque al estar en la última planta hacía un poco de calor. Esta situado al lado del casino y de la playa del sardinero, muy cerca de la península de la Magdalena. Se aparca fácilmente en la calle. Es una zona tranquila, aunque más alejada del centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

La cisterna del baño no funcionaba bien y tardaba mucho en llenarse. El congelador de la nevera era muy pequeño y tenía mucho hielo.

Pros:

Un lugar muy limpio y funcional ya que tiene de todo: cocina, lavadora de ropa, aire acondicionado, etc. También los anfitriones fueron muy amables y respondieron en todo momento.

Cons:

Quizá la distancia no es la mejor, pero esta ubicado a 150 metros de una estación de autobuses que te llevan a la zona turística.
