Lovely hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel, nice area - 20m walk to the old town. One shared toilet and one shared bathroom for ten rooms seems tricky but was actually fine. Very lovely staff and good breakfast. We would stay again. But it's very expensive! Though not any different from other Zürich accommodation.

Freundlicher Empfang, moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung, mein Parkplatzwunsch wurde erfüllt. Frühstück hervorragend, zentral gelegen, konnte früher Einchecken und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

War leider für eine Verlängerung ausgebucht!

Pros:

The office staff were wonderful.The beds were extremely comfortable.
Property was clean, breakfast was fairly good and had nice restaurant that was attached.

Cons:

The distance from Lucerne was a little farther than I liked.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos minutos a pie del lago. Todo muy limpio. Muy amables en la recepción y predispuestos a ayudar ante cualquier requerimiento.
