Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Appartement
Pros:

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement in einer TOP-Lage direkt am Strand..

Cons:

Das Mobiliar ist teilweise schon in die Jahre gekommen (Schranktür und Rolladen im Schlafzimmer). Kühlschrank und Schiebetür wurden sofort repariert.

Perfekt und zentral dies mit eigener Verpflegung (Küche vollaustattung)

Die Lage ist unschlagbar beziehungsweise direkt am Strand mit Aussicht aufs Meer und die Sanddünen

Cons:

Es ist sehr zentral und man hört die Nachtgänger nach der Disco bei offenen Fenstern (wir haben einfach die Fenster geschlossen)

Beautiful, fresh and scenic :)
Pros:

Great location and staff are very helpful and friendly.
Stayed before last year and felt was treated like it was again my first stay.
Room was very clean and well organised. Items easy to locate. Plenty of fridge space and cupboard space for our weeks groceries.

Rocky checked us in and he is always a breath of fresh air. Great to see you again my friend, and will definitely stay again very soon.

Cons:

A cash deposit for the room upon arrival which I don’t recall from my first stay last year. It wasn’t mentioned on booking.com nor through messages prior. I don’t carry cash and only use Revolut so this was an issue to withdraw for my partner and I.
That is my only dislike!

Perfect location, super friendly staff, excellent convenience
Pros:

We were very well received. The friendliness of the staff is exceptional. The conditions of the hotel is amazing, perfect location. The staff are Solicitous and smiling, cheerful all the time.

Cons:

There is no microwave in the room. That's all. But there is a stove.

Las vistas desde los apartamentos son impresionantes. Muy agradable la terraza y todo muy limpio. Ubicacion excepcional y super tranquilo.

Pros:

The best part was the sea view from the apartment. It was comfortable, 20 mins walk to the centre, and at a good price. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The building itself is outdated. Facilities could be better. It didn’t appeal to me to use the pool.

Pros:

Апартаменти чудові. Дуже чисто, тихо, комфортно. Є приватні лежаки і рушники для них. Прибирання було кожного дня 👍. Персонал на рецепції дуже ввічливий.

Cons:

Памʼятайте, що це апартаменти, тому сніданок готуєте самі або можна скористатися баром, що знаходиться на території😉

Really enjoyed this stay. Apartment basic but well equipped and clean.
Pros:

Friendly staff, especially Rocky and Marta. Location brilliant. View fantastic. Pool heated and clean.

Soggiorno perfetto a Maspalomas.
Pros:

Felicissima di aver scelto di soggiornare qui per 5 giorni, a due passi dal lungomare, la struttura che da fuori può sembrare un po' vecchiotta, ha invece degli appartamenti nuovi e funzionali forniti di tutto, letti comodi e ambienti silenziosi, piscina comodissima e fronte mare come tutti glj alloggi. Fare colazione col rumore del mare è bellissimo. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani quasi tutti i giorni, all'occorenza. Un plauso allo staff e soprattutto a Rocco che ci ha accolte con calore e simpatia e ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Consiglio di soggiornare qui.
