Pros:

We komen hier nu voor het 2e jaar, mooie ligging. Accommodatie is schoon, netjes en de airco werkt prima, goeie wifi en en gezellige poolbar met goed eten! (Zeker de Singapore nasi!)en normale prijzen. Zwembad is groot genoeg en een heerlijke warme jacuzzi met uitzicht op het strand.

die ABC Anlage hat sehr gute Lage ,die Appartments sind gut ausgestattet ,bieten eine Küche ,Schlafzimmer -klimatiesiert-,Balkon oder Terrasse,freundliche Rezeption ,in der Anlage befindet sich ein Pool -welcher sauber gehalten wird -es gibt sogar einen Rettungsswimmer (!),auch ein Wasserbecken für Kleinkinder ist dort sowie ein Whirlpool,,.direkt unter der Anlage gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bars wo man Abends essen kann,auch die Anlage selbst hat ein deutsch geführtes Restaurant ,vieles in der Anlage wurde täglich sauber gehalten

wir haben wieder ein Appartment mit Blick auf das Zelt (Restaurant) in der Mitte der Anlage bekommen ( trotzt zwei Buchungen und der Bitte über Booking (ohne Antwort) das wenigstens eine Buchung ohne versperrten Meerblick stattfinden soll) -ohne Erfolg-! die Rezeption sagte -fürs Zimmervergabe sei ein deutsches Büro in Deutschland zuständig ,dort habe ich angerufen-und der deutsche Mitarbeiter hatte die Ausreden parat etwa-"zuständige Kollege ist im Urlaub usw. ...traurig -,;Es ist uns gleich am Anfang auch etwas sehr schlimmes passiert ( ich reise viel weltweit-siehe meine Buchungen-und das ist mir zum ersten Mal passiert- ) wir wurden währed des kurzen Aufenthaltes am Pool- im Appartment -ausgeraubt.uns wurden (3 Pesonen) aus den Portemonnaies jeweils die Geldscheine gestohlen (560 Euro zusammen) ,Bankkarten ,Dokumente ließ der Dieb liegen nur die Geldscheine waren weg (bei Bankkarten oder Dokumenten wären wir gezwungen die Polizei einzuschalten- das wollte der Dieb anscheinend nicht...)-was wir auch erst später am Abend bemerkt haben (beim Bezahlen im Restaurant),es wurde so gemacht damit die Reinigungskraft in Verdacht kommt-was wir eher nicht glauben -(es geschah während die Appartments gereinigt wurden) dieses Vorfall enstspricht 100 % der Wahrheit -es ist zwar nicht die schuld des Hotels -aber auch kein Grund dieses nicht zu erwähnen auch wenn es für alle unangenehm ist

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Atlantik Beach Club. Die Lage ist super – sehr zentral und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Apartment war insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut fair und hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann den Atlantik Beach Club auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

La posizione fronte mare e con piscina con vista sulla baia. Appartamenti arredati e corredati di tutto. Posizione ottima sulla boulevard di Playa des Ingles, ideale per camminate, runners. Vicinanza supermercati e locali

Cons:

Per un errore abbiamo sbagliato i giorni della prenotazione e abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile modificare, considerato che la tariffa era non rimborsabile. Nonostante l'intervento di booking ci hanno spostato la prenotazione ma facendoci pagare una penale di 150€, pari al 32% del valore dell'intera prenotazione, adducendo che dovevamo preparare l'appartamento last second. Una volta arrivati abbiamo visto però che metà degli appartamenti erano vuoti quindi la loro era solo una scusa: hanno mostrato poca flessibilità e attenzione al cliente. Anche booking ci ha confermato che in altre strutture cercano sempre di venire incontro al cliente. Io non discuto di non pagare una penale, ci mancherebbe altro, ma l'importo mi è sembrato esagerato rispetto al valore della prenotazione stessa. Peccato
