I’d return. Very nice hotel but the George restaurant is too noisy. And a DJ in that small bar is a bad idea.

This hotel was fabulous, luxurious and opulent. Staff were very polite and helpful. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and the hotel acknowledged that with a note & bottle of wine. Thank you. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel. It’s one of the best hotels we have stayed in.
The only thing that was disappointing was the car parking charges. As we had a hire car we need to use the parking facility. The hotel parking was very expensive considering other parking charges in the city were half the price. Hotel prices were $42 cad plus tax per day. Other car parking was around $24-27 per day. So I would recommend parking next door in the paid car park. Don’t understand why the hotel want to over charge their guests so much.
The location was great for exploring downtow
Quel accueil, quel haut niveau de service dans une convivialité jamais sur-jouée, très bienveillante ! Merci à toutes les équipes y compris a celles, "derrière le rideau", que l'on croise dans les couloirs et qui contribuent également a votre bien-être.
L'emplacement est parfait et très central. Le cadre de l'hôtel dans son style contrasté. L'équipement, le confort et la superficie de la chambre et une superbe salle de bain.
L'absence de fenêtre mais de petit "hublots" qui assombrissent la pièce et la déco (moquette., meubles..) La modernité et le design de l'hôtel commence peut-être à dater par rapport aux standards d'aujourd'hui.
Nous n'avons pas testé les petits déjeuners car la pièce nous a semblé un peu triste visiblement sans fenêtre et avons préféré d'autres terrasses extérieures.
It was a luxurious experience at this boutique hotel, and the Staff were friendly and very helpful with everything you needed. The concierge service was excellent and William provided excellent restaurants in Montreal and beautiful areas to see . The front desk service was excellent Hillary and all of her team were friendly and always helpful . My partner and I absolutely loved our experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.
Beautiful hotel! The staff is warm, attentive, professional, and helpful. The level of service is perfect-- attentive but not overbearing. The location of the hotel within the "Golden Mile" was perfect for us, and still, inside the hotel it was quiet and peaceful. I'd recommend staying here!
The location was good.
The room was very cold even with the air conditioning on high temperature it took two days to warn the room up.
The hidden tip in the bar George was unacceptable.
We had a great experience at this hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and quiet. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient.
Beautiful property and the staff was amazing. They were very accommodating to my family. We did not arrive until 5am due to a delayed flight and Bob, the night manager, was there waiting for us with a smile and some chocolate. Rooms are extremely nice. Would definitely stay again.
