Everything this will be the only place we stay in Phoenix.

Cons:

Was impressed with everything other than the complementary breakfast. Standard hotel fare. But the Bistro was awsome.

The property was great except no parking available other than valet.
Pros:

satisfactory, the fruit was good, would have liked some pastries,hot cakes or waffles.

Pros:

The location of the hotel was very nice because it was downtown. The price for the size and cleanliness of the room was good. Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Property was well maintained. Staff were very helpful and polite. Morning breakfast was a nice touch.

Cons:

If I had to pick something it would be a non working elevator. We stayed for a tournament and that many people in only two elevators makes a long wait in some cases. Not a deal breaker.
