Pros:

L'emplacement et la qualité de l'hôtel. L'accueil est très agréable. Jai eu la chance de le voir offrir une chambre supérieure a ce que j'avais réservé.

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y est pas de parking ou de place de stationnement attribué a l'hôtel. Cela augmente tout de suite le coût de la chambre

Comunque ci siamo soddisfatti ala location, però hotel non e da 4stelle.

Una fiaba ad occhi aperti…
Pros:

Sono stata in questa struttura da sola per una notte in occasione della mia visita ad Alberobello in pieno luglio.
Viaggiavo per lavoro in Puglia e ne ho approfittato per fare tappa in una fiaba.
La struttura è pulita, con una hall confortevole, letto comodo e sopratutto silenzio assoluto durante la notte; e proprio per questo motivo ho riposato così bene.
Il materasso singolo era comodo, così come i due cuscini forniti.
Il bagno disponeva di sapone, shampoo e lozione corpo, asciugacapelli e teli.
Era presente un frigorifero con una bottiglietta di acqua in omaggio.
Come secondo omaggio uno splendido segnalibro di Alberobello con dei disegni originali.
La colazione era disponibile dalle 7:30 e ho potuto mangiare del pane con uova strapazzate e prosciutto, torta al cioccolato e cornetto con Nutella, oltre che del fresco succo ace.
I dipendenti alla reception e alla colazione sono stati gentilissimi e abbiamo avuto modo di chiacchierare.
Sono felice di aver trascorso del tempo in questo borgo fantastico che mi ha fatto tornare bambina e sognare ad occhi aperti!
La struttura si trova a un minuto a piedi dalla terrazza panoramica sui trulli, dunque è imperdibile anche per i viaggiatori solitari; il paese è sicurissimo e presidiato costantemente dalle forze dell’ordine.

Un albergo bello e ben gestito ma con qualche dettaglio da sistemare.
Pros:

Posizione centalissima,
terrazzo ben ventilato e stanza asciutta,
edificio storico, elegante e armonico,
camera ben pulita,
personale professionale e accorto,
colazione eccellente e per tutti i gusti.

Cons:

Premetto che l'albergo ci è piaciuto e che il personale è stato gradevolissimo. Considerando però le 4 stelle e la fascia di prezzo, è doveroso fare qualche appunto:
stanza troppo piccola (nonostante fosse la seconda in ordine di grandezza del piano),
letti con materassi cedevoli che imbarcano,
qualche trascuratezza nel bagno (delle luci specchio, una era fulminata e l'altra sfarfallava),
mancanza di ganci per gli asciugamani,
TV mal sintonizzata (ma questo non ci ha minimamente infastidito).

Very nice hotel in the town center
Pros:

The location was great. Right in the heart of the town center. Dinner in the restaurant below the hotel was very good. We enjoyed the top floor and the deck off the room. The deck gave us a nice view of Alberobello.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better with more selection.
