Pros:

Clean room, easy checking in and plenty of parking place. Ev connection was wonderful addition. We appreciated very much. Breakfast was good enough to move on with the day. Thank you.

Cons:

This is new corporate attitude to cut cost. Why is it is so difficult to provide two bottled water in the room? It is so pathetic. We travel all over the world, and cutting cost so sad. It tells a lot about what you don't care about the guests.
In other word, I travel around the world not in USA carrier who suck, I travel any other airlines. They still care for their customers. Now, this is all about having two bottle of water in the room. So pathetic.
