Cons:

Staff need jacking up about how to treat paying guests. We had two bad experiences. We were waiting for elevator for quite a while yet chap with an enormous trolley grabbed lift and left us standing without a backward glance !
Second negative experience was after leaving I was awaiting my lift outside with our luggage. Chap at valet services told me to wait in direct sun. I waited quite a while in heat and was annoyed by his attitude. Just a bad image if establishment. Many staff were great but a few bad eggs spoil things.

Getting engaged
Pros:

The hotel and the room was very clean. The location was great. The breakfast was very good too. The one thing that impressed me was that the valet offered alternative parking directly across the street for almost half the price.

Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the location is great. The presence of a small kitchen fully equipped was very convenient.

Cons:

The cleaning staff never removed the trash or checked if we needed any bathroom supplies. The desk should provide more information on how to use the facilities properly.

If the housekeeping was a little more on point, and don't know if short help but otherwise excellent
Cons:

Towel service missed one day as well as bath tissue and cups for coffee maker. Bed was a little soft...but Otherwise, everything was very good. I would book here again as it was clean and that is an absolute must for travel before anything. Beds and towels and everything else after that follows.

Cons:

Breakfast options super limited, staff was inconsistently friendly, lots of homeless people hanging around the hotel entrance.

The downtown location was great! The breakfast was amazing and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The open lobby/bar was a bit confusing, congested, and noisy. Also, the bathroom had hair in the sink the cleaning staff missed.

Great hotel with a good breakfast
Pros:

The rooms had a kitchenette and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and had ample nice pillows (something a lot of hotels lack)

Cons:

There was street noise until 1-2am on the weekend.
