We had a wonderful 3-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed.

The hotel was spotless throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day.

The breakfast and food were excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Everything was well-prepared, and the dining area was always clean and organized.

Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again! Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl ist überragend. Das Personal ist hilfreich. Frau Medine war sehr freundlich. Die Lage und Parkplätze waren sehr gut. Die U-Bahn ist nur 50m entfernt. Die Shopping-Mall ist bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet.

Nerdeyse her yıl bu otelde kalıyorum ilk defa
memnun kaldım. Daha önceki yıllarda personelin davranışlarını hiç beğenmiyordum sanki müşteri görmek istemiyormuş gibi tavırları vardı bu yüzden bu yıl başka bir otelde kalmaya karar vermiştim ama konumu bana uygun olduğu için son bir şans verdim ve bu yıl da bu otelde konakladım ve ilk defa çok memnun kaldım. İlk kez personelden yemeklerin lezzetine temizlik ilgi alaka her şey çok iyiydi yemekler güzeldi resepsiyon Hıdır Bey son derece kibardı check out konusunda da yardımcı oldu Duygu hnm, Sefa by aynı şekilde ilgilendiler, Arda bey kat görevlisi Yazgülü hnm, Nuray Hnm, Zeynep Hnm Serpil hnm, Asuman Hnm hepsine teşekkür ediyorum.

my family and i stayed here for five nights and my stay was fabulous. the staff was very friendly and the facilities were great.

Cons:

although the pool was fun it wasn’t designed for kids. they had a separate pool for the kids but it was small

Расположение отличное - отдельный вход в ТРЦ для проживающих в гостинице; станция метро прям у гостиницы.

Cons:

Персонал который встречает и досматривает чемоданы был не приветлив и угрюмым. Мы не понимали чего он хотел и не понимали где ресепшен и куда проходить дальше.

Cons:

Ons koffers was opgeborgen in hun bagageruimte zonder goed communicatie.
Was even paniek in de tent tot de koffers boven water kwamen.

Otelin konumu cok guzel, hemen Canpark AVM’ye girisi olmakla beraber, cevreyoluna da cok yakin.

Ailecek guzel bir konaklama gecirdik. Bazi talihsizlikler olsa da, ismi gibi gulusu de guzel olan resepsiyondan Medine hanim yardimci oldular ve guzel bir sekilde konaklamamizi surdurmemize vesile oldular.
