It was great, welcoming staff, and clean. Definitely going to recommend to everyone!

It was amazing!!! Everything was great! The elevator was quick and we didn’t have to wait at all for it! It was the perfect spot!

Would stay there again for the theater.
Pros:

The location was the "garment district". Close to all the theaters, and other attractions. The bed was very comfortable, liked being on the floor with the ice machine, very high security. Room key is needed for floor selection in the elevator. Liked the easy way to connect to WiFi.

Cons:

While resting between activities the TV selections were slim and channels would end.....the shower was small.

Good location, crummy room.
Pros:

The location was great — a short walk to Penn Station, a reasonable walk to Broadway theaters, but still quiet.

Cons:

The room was quite dark, and the only lights in the room were in the same corner on one side of the bed (meaning only one person could read). And the TV wasn’t working.
