We had a great stay here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

This hotel is in a great location… it’s close to Times Square and is a short walk from the train station

Cons:

The furniture and beds could use an upgrade Also … I know it’s a common thing but.. charging $3 for a bottle of water is crazy after spending $300-$400 a night on the room.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, rooms were clean, was not noisy, I slept very well. Air conditioner worked well. Very close to Penn station and not far from other attractions. We were only there for one night for a concert so we didn’t really use any of the other facilities. Even though we came back late at night the area around the hotel was not sketchy, no one bothered us.

Cons:

There was a connecting door to the next room that did not have a lock, just one of those flip latches that keep it from opening all the way. It was fine but it made me a bit uncomfortable.

Je recommande, c’est une bonne adresse.
Pros:

Bien situé et en même temps, si on vient souvent à New York, je ne trouve pas une bonne idée de loger à Times Square.
C’est proche de métro, et d’activités mais c’est une rue de SDF, presque comme partout à NYC, mais quand même c’est pas « agréable ».
J’ai aimé la chambre avec vue sur les toits, superbe chambre.
Sensation d’espace en hauteur vraiment top.
Salle de bain OK avec le minimum et l’espace OK.
Climatisation fonctionnelle
Machine à café à infuser passable
Système TV OK.
Literie OK. King size et bien.
Bon choix pour New York selon moi.
Juste classique « Hilton Inn », à son image pratique et efficace. Absence de charme ou d’un « thème »

Cons:

Climatisation bruyante (mais fonctionne bien même si j’ai tjrs eu trop froid), il faut une nuit pour s’habituer au débit.
Parapluie payant (10$); à plus de 200€ la nuit… !?!?
Mais au moins, il y en avait à vendre.
Quartier … Certes, c’est Time Square mais c’est fort bondé. Ça n’a rien contre l’hôtel. L’hôtel est bien.
Moquette à remplacer car on voit qu’elle vieillit mais je n’ai pas eu le sentiment qu’elle était sale.

The staff was so helpful to us. Lianne was especially sweet and helpful.
Pros:

The restaurant located inside the hotel had DELICIOUS FOOD!! WE ate dinner twice during our stay. Very Nice restaurant staff!

Everything went very well for us. No complaints.

Perfect spot in the city.
Pros:

Check in was very easy, the elevators were quick, the restaurant staff was friendly, and the room was clean. I also liked that it had a microwave and mini fridge.

Cons:

The TV didn't work properly. First the regular TV channels kept freezing up. Then the apps like Tubi wouldn't open at all.

Direi nulla … in altre recensioni ho visto segnalazioni sui “barboni” lungo la via e che non tenevano i bagagli dopo il check out - non è fatto così.
