Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at Nest Nano Suites in Poblacion! The location couldn't be more central—you're right in the heart of Makati, with tons of great restaurants, cafes, and bars just a short walk away.
​The room itself was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. But what really stood out was the staff—everyone was so warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out.
​Great value for money if you want to be close to all the action. I'll definitely be back!"

Dirty rooms.
Pros:

The price. Im usually a low key person and would expect from the price i pay, but since i had a busy schedule that week and tired i didnt have the energy to transfer again to the other room.

Cons:

Check in day. - receptionist was insisting for an alleged copy from booking.com. ive showed him everything i had but still said its not what they need. I eventually showed hin copies of whatever i semt in my email.

Room - the first room given to me was ghastly. Security lock broken. Door lock broken. Telephone broken. Room was musty moldy like it was in out of order for a long time and did not even had the nerve to thoroughly clean the room . Bathroom badly needed of recaulking. TV not working.

I had to insist i need a new room.

2nd room - still smelled of mold and bathroom needed recaulking. At least door, door latch and phone was working. On the 3rd or 4th day i saw a cockroach and i killed it. I dont even know if your housekeeping manager does everyday.

I had to personally buy lysol and other personal items to clean as i felt very dirty inside the room.v

Lobby - why place all of your OJTs everywhere in the lobby considering its very small? Its the same sxenario in the evening when i come back.

The least u can do is thoroughly clean the room and do deep cleaning every quarter. I dont even know if you do pest control on a monthly basis.

I am not asking a lot. Just clean your rooms!!

Pros:

Персонал приветливый и готов помочь. Номера небольшие, иногда бегают тараканы но не мешают. Вайфай на верхних этажа чуть слабый но в целом терпимо. Расположение хорошее для диджитал номадов, доступны кафешки в пешей доступности и другие объекты

Показалось что на фотках комнаты выглядят больше, но в целом нормально

Abgesehen von der Lage und freundlichem Personal leider nichts.

Cons:

Doppelbett besteht aus 2 Matratzen die auseinander driften. Selbst bei der Ankunft kein Shampoo und Duschgel, erst auf Nachfrage. Toilettenpapier immer homöopathisch verteilt. Nach jeder Raumreinigung immer noch Verunreinigungen. Keinerlei Stauraum für Kleidung etc.

Transferred rooms 3 times due to cleanliness, security & comfort issues, so I had to cancel my stay.
Pros:

The location in Poblacion, Makati was convenient and accessible to the places I had appointments with during my stay. I also appreciate that the manager and front office staff were accommodating and made efforts to assist with my room concerns.

Cons:

The cleanliness, security, comfort, and overall value did not meet expectations or match the property’s advertised standards. I was transferred to three different rooms, but each had significant issues, including mosquitoes, unpleasant odor, a faulty door lock, inadequate cooling, and mold in the refrigerator. I was particularly concerned about the security of the second room, where the door lock was visibly defective. The maintenance response was also disappointing, as I was told that no one would open my room and that it was “safe,” rather than having the security issue properly addressed. These concerns ultimately led me to cancel my stay.
