Not good. Smell not good in the room. Roaches crawl on back at times when am there.
Pros:

No facilities. Paid for 14 days stayed for 9. No refund for the rest days. Smaller room than shown. Hard to manage inside. No place to hang clothes and t.v. not working properly. Lost over one hundred and fifty dollars of American money on the stay. Left in the 9th day. I just like the help to get me a ride to go some place.

Cons:

Show a better picture of the room. Let a person have a better choice to stay if come there.

Will go stay there again upon my next visit to the Philippines.

The staff is very friendly.
The location is near to the restaurants, malls & supermarkets
Everything is available at walking distance.
The cityview from the window in every room is nice.
