I always choose Seda hotel everytime I booked a room or on any location, love the ambiance and the facilities, it is value for the cost and I will rate the convenience as 5 star, the staff are all accommodating and today my 18months old daughter had a lovely interaction and laughed and play with Kuya John, he made my daughter happy, all the staff are all accommodating, the place is kids friendly and they even have a plate for kids.

So overall, I highly recommend Seda Hotel.

We would like to commend Ms. Dara, who assisted us during our dinner on July 17, 2026, and Mr. John, who took care of us during breakfast on July 18, 2026. Both of them were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They consistently checked on us throughout our meals and made sure we had everything we needed.

Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist at any time truly made our dining experience more enjoyable and memorable.

Excellent customer service like theirs is what keeps guests coming back.

The location is convenient. It is walking distance to the mall, convenient stores and casino. The rooms are clean and spacious. We check-in late but they are kind enough to adjust our check out time to 2pm instead of 12pm.
The staff were very accomodating. Service is excellent.
