Air conditioning doesn't work
Pros:

It was close to the airport! Good value as well.

Cons:

The AC in the room didn't work at all. Cranked it all the way down to 16 degrees and it still felt like 25 at night. It was somehow colder outside. Parking was also difficult. Santa Cruz looked kind of run-down as well. Not a very attractive area to stay but it was a good airport hotel. Beds were very hard too.

Estadia relaxante, tranquila e confortável.
Pros:

Gostei muito do quarto e do conforto da cama, assim como da pscina e tranquilidade do hotel.
O pequeno-almoço era mediano, sem grande variedade.
Senti falta de um restaurante no hotel.
Os funcionários eram muito amáveis.
Nota bastante positiva, pois o conforto da cama e a limpeza para mim são essenciais

A localização do hotel era boa, mas havia poucos serviços nas imediações.
Também poderia ter havido sugestões de atividades no hotel, para realizar nas imediações

Super confortável!
Pros:

Atendimento excelente! O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem as necessidades. O quarto é grande e super confortável. A região é bem tranquila e bem próxima do centro de Santa Cruz, com opções de restaurante, mercado, etc. Vale muito a pena pelo preço pago!

Cons:

Pode ser difícil encontrar vagas para estacionar perto do hotel. O minibar não funcionava super bem. Algumas reformas são necessárias no quarto, por exemplo rachaduras na parede ou mofo no banheiro, mas nada que incomodou ou atrapalhou nossa estadia.
