Overall, the apartment left a positive impression despite a few minor drawbacks.
Pros:

The apartment was quite spacious, and the window offered a view of the inner courtyard.

Cons:

To use the air conditioning in the room, I had to ask the reception staff to turn it on.

The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. The selection of food was poor, so don’t expect much. However, since most restaurants only open around 11:00 AM, it was still better than staying hungry.

Good location
Pros:

Location is good, the hotel is well placed, lots of bars and restaurant new by, and city centre a 20/25 minutes walk. It's close to a water way where you can run along as well, Breakfast was good, lobby looks nice. I have not tried to spa or fitness rooms so cannot comment.

Cons:

The room is small although just ok. However the bathroom is really small, and you cannot stay in the shower more than 5 minutes or you flood the whole room. I used their garage/parking and it's not really for big cars, as you have to manoeuvre in small areas.
