Unterkunft empfehle ich sehr, vom Frühstück rate ich ab.

Spontanes Sit In vor dem Hotel
Pros:

Unterkunft nahe an der Westfallen, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Viele Restaurants etc. in der Nähe. Sauberkeit Sanitär 1a, Zimmer auch.

Cons:

Ich schreibe sonst nur positive Bewertungen und finde auch bei den kleinsten Hotels noch sowas wie Charme anstatt mich auf die Mängel zu konzentrieren. Aber das geht bei dieser Unterkunft leider nicht.
Kurz zum allgemeinen: es gibt keine Rezeption. Man sieht keine Mitarbeiter. Das was man wissen sollte steht auf einlaminierten Zettel die einem auf dem Weg die Treppe nach oben (kein Fahrstuhl) begleiten. Ein vorheriger Online-Check in ist erforderlich um an den Schlüsselcode zu kommen, der einem Eintritt gewährt (oder auch nicht, dazu später mehr). Alles kein Problem, kennt man ja inzwischen und ja schon fast Standart.
Im Zimmer angekommen ist man erstmal positiv überrascht. Nette Einrichtung. Garderobe zum Jacke aufhängen? Fehlanzeige. Ok, geht auch ohne.
Erstmal ins Bad... Das versteckt sich hinter einer Kombination von drei Milchglas- Schiebetüren. Die Toilette ist vom restlichen Bad getrennt, inkl. Händewaschen danach hat man jede Schiebetür zweimal bedient. Und man kann sich als Paar noch so lieb haben, es gibt Momente in denen ist man froh eine Tür schließen zu können... In der Toilette gibt es einen Lichtschalter, im Bad wurde als Dauer- Provisorium eine Lampe an den Spiegel geklemmt. Das Kabel hängt dann halt vorm Spiegel und über dem Waschbecken. Ansonsten gibt es im Bad keine Steckdose, im restlichen Zimmer auch nicht, nur ein paar verstaubte Mehrfachstecker.
Ansonsten zum Zimmer: Kapselmaschine leckt Wasser, Fernseher funktioniert nicht bzw. kein Empfang und der Feuermelder hängt nicht etwa an der Decke sondern liegt dekorativ auf dem Schrank...
Naja, egal. Ist nur eine Nacht, auf zum Konzert... Danach wieder vor dem Hotel haben sich auch schon andere Gäste eingefunden. Es entwickelt sich ein Running- Gag. Es wird laut mitgezählt wie viele Hotelgäste ihren Code eingeben, der Ziffernblock leuchtet grün... Und die Tür lässt sich nicht öffnen. Nach kurzer Zeit waren wir bei 17.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Schlüsselsystem praktisch.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Nach einem Versuch haben wir uns dazu entschieden auswärts zu frühstücken.
Die Dusche war leider schwer einstellbar und der Wechsel zwischen heiß und kalt kontrolliert.

Einfacher Zugang mit personalisierten Pin Code.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig, knallende Metalltüren am Morgen. Wenn man den Abend länger unterwegs war, wird man dadurch zwangsläufig geweckt.

die Lage war ganz gut - der Frühstücks-Raum ansprechend - das Frühstück optisch OK

Die PIN um ins Zimmer zu kommen funktionierte spät Abends (nach dem Konzert) und früh morgens nicht mehr......

Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und nicht dem Preis entsprechend.
