Bom atendimento, café da manhã muito bom e boa localização.

Cons:

Por ser uma cidade na montanha e para temporada de frio achei a acomodação muito fria, faltou um aquecedor. A lareira acessa não dava conta de esquentar o quarto e não pode ficar acesa a noite toda. A cama era confortável e quente, porém ao levantar houve desconforto com o quarto frio.

Cobraram valor antecipado de 50% da estadia. E antes da da estadia, a 3 dias do início da hospedagem cobraram o restante do valor, sem possibilidade de cartão de crédito. E a primeira vez que me hospedo em algum local que tenha que pagar tudo antes. Se sem possibilidade de parcelamento.

Bastante atenção por parte de todos os funcionários. Jéssica, em especial, esteve presente conosco tempo integral.

Cons:

Apesar do chuveiro maravilhoso, o banheiro deixa muito a desejar. Instalações antiquadas, pia sem lugar de apoio, bem apertado. Foi difícil porque levei comigo minha mãe de 91 anos de idade.

Vim em 2014 com a minha mãe e voltei agora com meu marido. Tudo continua lindo e muito bem conservado, exatamente como eu lembrava. Recomento e voltaremos

Cons:

Comprei uma diária pelo Booking e outra diretamente no local. Como a promoção oferecia uma hora de jacuzzi para duas diárias compradas juntas, entendo que, por terem sido reservas separadas, não tive direito ao benefício.
