Stayed here for a week while on a work trip.
Rooms are a decent size with little kitchen area which is a huge plus. Also has a waterpark on-site as well as 2 restaurants, an arcade area and a bar. Offers free breakfast.
Some negatives are that it's pet friendly and the room next to mine seem to leave there dog in the room unattended and the dog would bark non stop for hours. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly; hairs in the sink and shower as well as the bathroom floor.
My husband and I had been traveling several days and normally we try to stay at Hiltons. I booked and paid for the location online. The cost was a little more expensive than I normally experience it was tourist season, I settled for the price as we were both exhausted from traveling. We went to check in and saw many parents and their children in the lobby running around and screaming as children can do. When the girl checking me in asked if I wanted a key to the waterpark, I said no due to just wanting to rest. The next morning I asked about the cost and she said the cost included the water park and whether I used the park or not, the cost was included in the lodging. If I had any idea I was paying for the water Park I would have taken advantage of it. If only the girl checking us in gave us that info, we could have enjoyed the park. Also the situation of the breakfast area is way too small for so many people. There was a mom in line making 3 waffles and the line was being held up. The area was crawling with adults and children. It certainly is not a good way to start the morning. If passing through again, I will save approx $60 and stay at one of the nearby hotels.
On a better note, our room was very nice and clean and to my surprise, there was only a short time I could hear kids screaming. They wound down pretty quick.

The breakfast line is chaos. It is overwhelming to get my family through & get us all fed. It definitely needs another waffle iron as well.

When I arrived, the woman who checked me in was quite surly. I thought it would be a one off…it was not.
There was confusion over the breakfast time they stopped serving at 9am.
They unfortunately do not offer any sort of to go lunch.
Every single person I spoke with said I should have noticed the time written on the wall.
When you come in from a long day on the road, do you go in and read the walls in the hotel?
The manager finally gave me a $25 discount from my room which I will spend somewhere else for breakfast but the manner in which she spoke to me was also surly. She also told me I should have read the wall information.

Very disappointed with the staff, except the breakfast lady. She was apologetic but also informed me I should have read the wall 🙄
Definitely stay elsewhere because they just don’t have any customer service training here.
Location & size of the room.
Breakfast was a disaster....dirty and out of food.
Room receipt had over $35 in taxes added on, absolutely ridiculous! Should be illegal to add 5/6 different taxes to a hotel stay.

The location was good except the turn off the main, having to go across 3 lanes in such a short distance. Could be very dangerous at peak time.
Having to go to the water park for the Hot tub. Trying to relax in park is kinda hard to do. We didn't use it 😭 That's one of our favorite things!
