Vue magnifique, délicieux repas, l'homme qui accueille est charmant et est très
aidant pour l'organisation du voyage. Le linge, serviettes comme draps, sent très bon, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ailleurs.

Accueil adorable avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et les plantations de thé dont on ne se lasse pas. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et délicieux. Au calme et à 2 pas de la ville et des restaurants en même temps .

Struttura molto umida, comprensibile data la posizione,
Però era presente molta muffa sulle pareti e c’era un forte odore di fogna nel bagno. La sala comune non era pulita.

Grandioser Ausblick, sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie, wir wurden mit Tee willkommen geheißen. Das Essen war auch sehr gut! Wir haben gute und hilfreiche Hinweise bekommen und gerne wurden Fahrten etc. organisiert.

Cons:

Das Bad war zwar groß und es gab alles, was man benötigte, allerdings hat es zwischendurch unangenehm gerochen und es war nicht super sauber.

숙소 자체도 아주 훌륭했지만, 무엇보다 호스트분의 깊은 배려에 감동했습니다. 날씨 때문에 갑자기 숙박 일정을 변경해야 했는데 친절하고 유연하게 응대해 주셨습니다. (그리고 스리랑카에서 머물렀던 모든 숙소를 통틀어 최고 수준의 친절함이었습니다). 가성비가 뛰어나고 탁 트인 전망 덕분에 편안하게 휴식하기에 좋았습니다. 하푸탈레 중심가 근처에 머무실 계획이라면 추천합니다.

​The accommodation itself was great, but the host's exceptional thoughtfulness made the stay special. I had to change my booking dates due to bad weather, and they handled it with kindness and flexibility—easily some of the best hospitality I experienced in Sri Lanka.

The place offers incredible value for money, with a wonderful, open view that is perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place near central Haputale!

Simple accommodation with great views.
Pros:

Very basic accommodation. Staff were friendly but not overly so. Room was a good size and had two chairs. Balcony was lovely with fabulous views.

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean, with plenty of cobwebs and dust. We asked the owner if she could cook dinner the following night and she said she would tell us the next day if she would. The answer never came. Previous reviews said meals were good, but we only had breakfast. It was ok, but hot food (omelette, toast) was served cold.
All that said, the accommodation was cheap. But we felt it didn’t live up to previous reviews.

Fabulous location with stunning views.A short walk from the town centre. Beautiful dining room, again with stunning views. Property was very clean. Also they cater for families with large lounge area TV and music centre. Water cooler and cooking area. The owner was extremely helpful arranging transport to local beauty spots. And onward transport to our next resort.

Cons:

Would of liked a small wardrobe in our room. As there was nowhere to hang clothes. The self service kitchen could be improved. Perhaps a small fridge and microwave would be a great bonus. But it was great to be able to get up early and use this kitchen area to make coffee before breakfast as we do get up very early.

Pros:

Very welcoming and homely inn by the proprietor. Fantastic views. Discussions on what we would like for breakfast and dinner - basically cooked to order. They also provided a tuk-tuk pickup from the train station. Couldn't ask for more, really.

The Host Mr. Charuka is super friendly. Very Supportive. The location has a great view and cute little doggos for any pup lovers.. Food is good and very comfortable place where you can enjoy every bit of the stay.
