Pros:

Its unreal! Worth all the hype you see on digital platforms.
The best decision we made and Sultan Cave Suites made it even better. All the staffs were friendly, professional and makes you feel at home.
The location, view point, room size, decor, rooftop. They excel in each and every point of measure.
The breakfast spread was brilliant with a breathtaking view.
The Michelin Seten restaurant serves the most authentic and yummy gastronomy.
The concierge works flawlessly from airport pickup, drop-off, tours, balloon rides.
Worth every penny.

Completely overrated overcharged not worth 650 Canadian a night

Cons:

The service from the luggage Carrier was exceptional. He took care of all the luggage which we really appreciated and he is service assist stood out in comparison to some of the other employees. The manager was very strict and not very personable. Some employees were nickel and dimming us! We asked for two extra coffee pods we were told we will be charged. We asked for one more stick of wood. We were told we would be charged. It was like anything you asked for was going to be extra charges yet I had to pay $650 per night to stay in a mediocre curroom. You’re not paying for the room guaranteed you are paying for the view and yes, the view is great however, most hotels in the area has a great view. In fact I stayed at another hotel in Uchisar Eyes of Cappadocia for half the price and it was amazing. It had an even better view you weren’t looking at the rooftops of houses you were looking at the valleys.
The breakfast was good. There was lots of selection the first morning they didn’t offer us any hot food like eggs or anything. The second morning we had a different waitress and she offered three different types of eggs and then you can choose from what I would call a salad bar of different things Brad‘s cakes, pastries, cheeses, olives, jams, honey, nuts, and cereal. Service is very inconsistent.
After the first night there I was sick with a head cold. I have allergies to mold, mildew and dust lo and behold. I looked at the filter of the heater and it was just jampacked with dust. I even took a picture of it .
Considering I’m paying $650 a night you expect to have a clean room and clean air.
Won’t recommend completely overrated

Fantastic time in a wonderful location
Pros:

Great location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The shower was amazing too. Evening food was excellent.

Cons:

The room was quite warm surprisingly for a cave. Breakfast was a little sporadic when booking eggs etc - both us and another couple ordered eggs and they delivered three lots instead of one. Both of these are small issues though. The water went off on the last day but they sorted it as soon as they could.

Pros:

ロケーションは素晴らしいと思います。2泊しましたが、初日は熱気球がキャンセルとなってしまい、テラスから気球を眺めることは出来ませんでした。

Cons:

カッパドキアはどこも高いのですが、ここまで払う必要があるのか、あったのか？は少し疑問です。

Pros:

Traumhafte Lage, alles sauber, türkisches Frühstück qualitativ und schön angerichtet. Besondere Anlage durch die verwinkelten Zugänge der Höhlenzimmer. Abendessen Service nett und sehr lecker. Sundowner auf der Terrasse fabelhaft.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren teilweise Pfützen auf dem Boden. Durch die Decke kam Wasser bei dem Regen. Der Rezeptionist hat dann Servietten geholt um zu trocknen. Das war die Lösung!
Service beim Frühstück absolut lustlos. Man musste sich selbst um Bestellungen kümmern. Vom Personal aus kam nichts .Die beiden jungen Frauen die jeden Tag da waren standen ziemlich lustlos da oder haben am Handy rumgespielt!

Rapport qualité prix moyen pour un quatre étoiles.
Pros:

L’emplacement était très bien. La vue magnifique.

Cons:

La literie n’est pas bonne. Les équipements de la salle de bain sont à changer. Le personnel n’est pas très souriant.

Pros:

Great location. Great terrace to view the balloons in the morning. Amazing spread of breakfast.

Cons:

We arrived late at night and were provided a room with the bed on a high platform. We had to climb on it to get on the bed which was a safety hazard as there was very little space to get around to the side of the bed.

The staff were not always friendly.

The breakfast staff got our order wrong twice.

Pros:

1. The views are spectacular from the terraces
2. The breakfast was very good with high quality food. Staff was very attentive.
3. The shower in the room's bathroom had really nice water pressure and ranges of temperatures.
4. The Seten restaurant, located in the hotel, was our preferred choice given the good food and outstanding views.
5. Room cleaning was done daily.
6. Bag boys, much needed given the hotel has numerous stairs, were very attentive.

Cons:

1. The AC in the room did not work properly.
2. Services hired thru the hotel were pricey.
3. Staff did not trust us, requested advance payment of 100 € for late check out (330pm vs 11am normal check out time) and they called us at 320pm to remind us to leave the room and bag boy at our door at 325pm. This room was going to be empty
