Frigul cumplit din camera in octombrie, stafful fara nici o empatie si de nici un ajutor, mic dejun saracacios, niste mixuri de legume care sa para salate, oua si carnati. Per total, foarte saracacios totul. Cred ca hotelul e in faliment, altfel nu imi pot explica. Pentru asa zise 3 steke, care rea par doua, dai si 100 euro pe noapte

Extremely Disappointing Service and Disrespect Towards Guests

I have never left a negative review before, but this time I feel it is necessary to share my experience. I hope the hotel management will take notice of this situation and take appropriate action.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have the highest loyalty status on Booking.com. The rooms are quite decent; however, in my opinion, the level of service and the attitude of the staff fall short of even the standards of a three-star hotel.

Due to unforeseen family circumstances, I had to check out earlier than planned. I contacted the hotel management to ask them to consider a refund for the unused nights. I sent several emails but received no response whatsoever. Even Booking.com customer support contacted the hotel on my behalf, but, as far as I know, they also received no reply.

I understand that refunds depend on the booking conditions. However, responding to a guest, explaining the hotel’s position, and showing basic courtesy are fundamental standards of customer service.

I would also like to share another telling incident. If you happen to find a chocolate bar or other sweets on the table in your room, do not be too quick to assume that it is a complimentary treat from the hotel. It may simply have been left there by mistake after the minibar was restocked. And you may then find yourself being chased down to your car by hotel staff demanding payment for the chocolate you ate!

The irony is that when it comes to a chocolate bar worth just a few Romanian lei, the staff somehow find the time and ability to act promptly. Yet when a guest sends repeated emails regarding a much more serious matter, the management does not even consider it necessary to respond.

The issue is not the price of the chocolate or the refund itself, but rather the way guests are treated and the complete lack of respect shown towards them.

Все: это не отель для отдыха, в ресторане всю ночь музыка не замолкала, авто невозможно было поставить, хотя с номером шла парковка, не было возможности ни детям ни взрослым заснуть совсем до 5-ти утра, в номере ощущалась вибрация от звука колонок, в машину невозможно было добраться , так как по территории всю ночь бродили пьяные гости из ресторана - отель используется местными как тусовочное место. Все просьбы на ресепшн вызвать полицию игнорировались. При этом цена 5-ти звездного европейского отеля. Ни останавливайтесь ни в коем случае.
