Review of hotel dei barbieri
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful hotel with modern decor located in a prime location in Rome, near Campo Dei Fiori. The staff were truly incredible there and were extremely nice and professional. When I needed a taxi for my ride to the airport, Adriana coordinated the taxi immediately at the time I needed, helped with my luggage in the morning and I didn't have to worry about the coordination. The decor in the rooms was beautifully modern yet comfortable and had a good amount of space for a hotel room in the city.

Incredible hotel with excellent location to all key sites in Rome
Pros:

The location was incredible. Staff were friendly and helped organise our taxi back to the airport. Everything in Rome was walking distance. Room was very clean.

Cons:

There was limited storage in the rooms so was difficult to unpack clothes for a 5 day stay.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.
Pros:

Tolle Lage mit Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung. Frühstück ausreichend, Wenig Platz bei Tischen innen aber draussen in der sehr engen Gasse bei schönem Wetter ok. Zimmer 4 + 5D mit Innenhof sehr speziell aber innen modern und absolut ruhig. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft Reception geschlossen. Bis Ende des Aufenthalts wussten wir nicht, wo all die anderen Zimmer des Hotels sind. Alles auf verschiedene Gebäude verteilt.

Disappointing as we thought it was a 4 star hotel

The location - great spot - walking distance to great restaurants and shops

Cons:

Upon arrival we were not escorted to our room. The room was tiny (we couldn’t open our suitcases at the same time). In addition the bathroom completely flooded when someone used the shower. There is also a glass opening in the roof which is lit up at night - we were not aware there was a curtain (no one told us and it wasn’t clearly labeled in the room) so we had to sleep basically in a lit up room.

Poor staff who provided 0 assistance with luggage. Scratches on the walls. Horrible finishes and the towels felt like horrible cheap towels.

La ville ainsi que l'hôtel m'ont laissé une image incroyable de Rome. Je reviendrai.

La chambre est dans un bâtiment séparé de la réception, il faut marcher dans la rue pavée pour aller à la chambre

Bei einer Reise in eine Stadt wie Rom ist es aussergewöhnlich, dass das Hotel das highlight war…
Pros:

Das Zimmer war bereits vor 14.00 Uhr check-in bereit - die Lage an der Piazza Argentina war top! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar (ausser Vatikan vielleicht nicht) – das Frühstück war vorzüglich! Vor allem das Rührei und die gebratenen Kartoffeln… ausserdem sehr Zöliakie-freundlich

Cons:

schade hatte unser Zimmer kein Fresco an der Wand, die Wände sind ausserdem nicht sehr schalldicht – entsprechend hat man viel Lärm von draussen mitbekommen…
