Booked this accommodation as knew the location and how close it was to the main strip. Booked a deluxe king size room but we were given a loft room with a double bed. No view from balcony unless we were standing, lights on the balcony didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and towels only changed once in a week. Room was only cleaned once during our week stay. No safe in rooms only available at reception desk. Staff spoke very little English and weren’t helpful at all.

Great location to shops and restaurants. Locals are great and polite.

Cons:

When booked in was relocated to Street 61 apartments. Booked for Dolphin? Hair dryer set on fire!! Told staff and gave us room in Dolphin. Not sure why we couldn't have the said room when arrived.

Exceptional
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location right in the center of the village so everything is close and easy to reach. Public transport by bus works well in the area to other bigger cities nearby. The standard room looked exactly like in the pictures. The hotel felt safe. There was always someone at the reception and they were very kind and helpful whenever we needed anything.

Cons:

The room was clean but they could clean it more often.

Our family stayed here before and loved the look of it so booked.

Cons:

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment 8 months ago and when I arrived it wasn't available. He tried to put us into a hotel at the other side of the road but I said no. We ended up with 3 separate rooms but they could of informed us before that our room wasn't going to be available.
