Lovely hotel, full of character. Lucia and Luis very helpful and friendly. Loved the breakfast with Lucia giving lots of detail about all of the local fruits and foods.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Casa Hotel Las Plazas. The hotel is in a really fantastic location in Quito Old Town, and approximately 5-10 mins away from main attractions: Plaza Grande, San Francisco Plaza and Basílica del Voto Nacional. This family run hotel is very clean, with attractive reception area and dinning room. Lucia, Louis and Christian were all so very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and communication prior to my arrival was great. My bedroom was very quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was very generous and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again the next time I'm visiting Quito.

The staff is very helpful with suggestions for what to do in the area; they will also arrange airport pick-up or drop-off for US$30. A good breakfast is included and they take the time to explain about local fruits they serve. Clean rooms with comfy beds. We really like this place and stayed here 3 times, using it as a base to explore Ecuador and the Galapagos.

El hotel se encuentra en el mismo centro histórico lo cual puedes ver todo lo esencial del centro caminando. El personal es super amable y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar y aclarar dudas.

Excelente hotel familiar en el centro de Quito, a un minuto de la Gran Plaza Central de la ciudad. La entrada es un poco incómoda porque hay que subir una escalera con las maletas. La habitación muy amplia, el desayuno no es buffet pero bastante bueno. Las habitaciones no tienen calefacción pero tienen un calefactor que sirve para calentar la habitación. Muy recomendable.

This is a very special place! The night I checked in, the hostess Lucia reminded me that 'History is important' and couldn't agree more! The entire place is a living and vibrant reminder that you're inside the World Heritage site. Its authenticity takes you to the history book pages, while the whole place is newly refurbished, impeccably clean, sunlit and full of fresh roses. I really enjoyed the information and tips about local foods and agricultural regions that were shared by Lucia during breakfast - these really added on to the experience and appreciation of the place. I'm also very grateful for allowing me to store my luggage after check-out and for safe and airport efficient transfer services. Highly recommend!
