We booked and paid for a four-night stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.

We had traveled a very long distance to reach Bodrum, including three flights, and we were expecting to arrive at a comfortable and clean hotel where we could rest after our journey. However, when we entered the room, we immediately noticed several issues. The air conditioning was not working, the room was extremely hot, the refrigerator was not working, and the room telephone was also not functioning.

Moreover, the room was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell, and we found dirty underwear under the bed, which made us feel that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.

Because of these conditions, we were unable to sleep properly during the night and did not feel comfortable staying there. We were very disappointed, especially after such a long and exhausting journey. The next morning, we had no choice but to leave the hotel because we could not continue our stay under these circumstances.

We were also not satisfied with the customer service provided or the way the situation was handled.

La posizione ottima e esterni curati e belli inoltre la piscina è un plus

Cons:

Le camere erano sporchissime e la colazione povera per noi italiani, il mini frigo in camera non funzionava e inoltre c'era capelli anche nei cassetti e quasi tutti i cuscini erano macchiati
