Pros:

The restaurant was great being next door.

Cons:

No carpark outside your room, had to park in the carpark out the back out of sight where workers park. People smoking on the verandahs of the motel and it kept coming into our room where we had children. Beds had big dips in them and uneven. Not renovated in a long time. Staff woke us up by being loud in the carpark behind the room departing and arriving. Woken several times over the night/morning.

Pros:

Great to have a kitchenette. Microwave and sink. I didn’t use it but if I stayed longer would have been useful. Also rooms are quite big .

Cons:

Was quite noisy. On busy road and also lots of tradies staying there who start very early. It’s was ok but could be a problem if you were staying for a while.

Overall it was a nice size room and kitchenette was great.
Pros:

Handy location and hotel next door was great for meals too.

Cons:

The double bed was a little uncomfortable for my husband it sagged on one side. He transferred to the single bed and it was fine.

We always stop here when we need to stop for the night

Having everything there could go eat and then back to the room

Cons:

Cars flooring it when leaving the premises, which is not your fault, it's the drivers.

Great location, park across road is fantastic for children and adults. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Dinner from the bistro was not enjoyable. The ribs felt like they were boiled to within an inch of their life and lightly covered in BBQ sauce. The taste was terrible.

Re Accomodation. Unit was clean and bed was comfortable. Thats the big two in my book, so definitely 2 ticks of approval. The ability to have a meal and/or drink on site without having to drive, another big tick of approval. Staff were friendly and courteous. Food was good with generous sized portions.

If you're visiting Maryborough, the Carriers Arms is a good place to stay. I recommend it.

We liked how easy it is to find.

It was very noisy as other guests were outside there rooms drinking and extremely loud. Not the best with a young family.
