Beautiful pool, but extremely dangerous.

The pool is definitely one of the most eye-catching features of the Edge Hotel, but unfortunately, it is also a serious safety concern.

The entire pool area has extremely slippery flooring. My daughter fell several times during our stay, including one fall that was particularly concerning. This is especially dangerous for young children and elderly guests, who are more vulnerable to serious injuries from falls.

What was also disappointing was the lack of support from the front desk when we reported the issue. We were simply directed to fill out an incident report, with no further assistance or real concern about the safety issue.

A beautiful pool should also be a safe one. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this seriously and considers addressing the flooring before someone gets seriously injured.

Beautiful views from room, pool and rooftop restaurant. Comfy stay and awesome pools.
Pros:

We loved the balcony overlooking the water. We loved how large the main pool was and that it was open late. The glass wall pool was awesome and we saw dolphins below. Continental breakfast was good.

Cons:

A little far from a beach walking with toddlers.
No towels outside by pool.
Store was closed inside so we couldn’t buy anything quick or easy.

Could be better. The location is the most.

Pros:

The Edge hotel on the gulf side has an incredible view. Even with all the music, the room remained quiet at all times. We couldn't hear anything. It was fun watching the boats travel in and out all day. It was conveniently located.
And the restaurant on the 10th floor was incredible.
