Very good hotel. The room was very spacious, the balcony, and the view were great. Very close to the beach and promenade. Breakfast was quite poor. The pool was clean. Close to restaurants, a nice spot downstairs, and the Taco Bus had delicious food. I recommend it.
The amenities were good.
The lady at check in was rude. The hotel (hallways and room) are outdated.

Cheap sheets and towels that were rough, bugs in the room, no central a/c and shower was cold
The views are awesome I had a gulf front room and the pool is beautiful
The vending machines don’t work and no elevators on the gulf front rooms where you have to walk across the garage parking lot to another elevator
Room was nice and the pool area was nice.
Not enough towels/rags/toilet paper in the rooms for a multiple night stay for 2 people. Lobby was extremely hot. Refrigerator didn’t get cold and shower doors were off the track.
The view
The pool is definitely one of the most eye-catching features of the Edge Hotel, but unfortunately, it is also a serious safety concern.
The entire pool area has extremely slippery flooring. My daughter fell several times during our stay, including one fall that was particularly concerning. This is especially dangerous for young children and elderly guests, who are more vulnerable to serious injuries from falls.
What was also disappointing was the lack of support from the front desk when we reported the issue. We were simply directed to fill out an incident report, with no further assistance or real concern about the safety issue.
A beautiful pool should also be a safe one. I sincerely hope the hotel takes this seriously and considers addressing the flooring before someone gets seriously injured.

Loved everything
The pools.
We loved the balcony overlooking the water. We loved how large the main pool was and that it was open late. The glass wall pool was awesome and we saw dolphins below. Continental breakfast was good.
A little far from a beach walking with toddlers.
No towels outside by pool.
Store was closed inside so we couldn’t buy anything quick or easy.
