Really great and relaxing stay.
Pros:

Nice amenities, nice accomodation, very nice spa, overall a really great experience. They could exceptionally well, as well.

Cons:

It's no visible but the tennis court needs sand removal. Sometimes the ball bounces and sometimes not at all - I don't think it would be a great cost, but I think it would make a big difference.

Pacila sa nam cistota izieb

Cons:

Nepacila sa nam komunikacia s recepciou pri prichode. Pani recepcna nam podala kartu od izby a to bolo vsetko. Neoslovil nas ani personal pocas vecere a ranajok. Nevsimali nas, personal svojich hosti standardne nezdravi. Citili sme sa nevitani.

Lokalita výborná, veľmi vhodné pre rodiny s deťmi. V areáli plno aktivít, lanová dráha v korunách stromov, petang, ihrisko, hrnčiarska dielnička, veľký šach a človeče hry, volejbal. ihrisko, preliezky, bazén, oddychové zóny vonku..
Raňajky, večere výborné, pestrý výber. Chutná káva!
Ochotný personál.
Izby čisté, postele pohodlné, župany, prezúvky k dispozícii.
Kozmetické/toaletné potreby: šampóny, sprcháč, tel. mlieko, mydlá - všetko zvlášť, hygienicky balené pre každého hosťa - uprednostňujem pred veľkými dávkovačmi v sprche..
Pekná terasa, na ktorú sa dá dostať priamo z jedálne, kde si môžete vychutnať podvečer pivo a pohár vína a ráno raňajky.
