On avait la Clim un très bon point. En plus on est venu nous chercher à la l’arrivée du ferry, en s’occupant de tous nos pagayes jusqu’à l’hôtel. Le service impeccable, dans une rue calme, proche du marché et du view point.

In our 14-day stay in Thailand, visiting five hotels, this was the worst hotel experience across the five countries I have visited. It felt like a total scam hotel because it was the only hotel in Thailand where I had to pay a 500 baht per room security deposit. We were 3 people, but they provided only two towels, which we didn't check at that time. However, while we were checking out at 10:30 p.m., they said they found only two towels and charged us 200 baht for the missing one. They are the ones who didn't provide us with the towels in the first place, and they took our money. Because we were rushing for the ferry, we couldn't argue and just left the hotel, giving them the money from the deposit. It is about a 15 to 20-minute walk to get there, and our room was changed because the original one was not ready. The room they provided us was on the top floor, and the AC was very, very unbearable and not sufficiently powerful to cool the room. It lacked basic amenities like shower gel, so we had to ask for it at the reception.Also, they said they would provide a helping hand to bring our luggage from the jetty to the hotel. Upon arriving at the jetty, we found a man saying he would help us. But even after waiting for half an hour, we couldn't find him. So we had to take our luggage personally and carry it from the jetty to the hotel, which is very far. It is like a 15 to 20-minute walk, and the view is really awful—you have to cross a very stinky canal to get to the hotel, which will spoil your mood. They didn't provide us with proper water, and there was no water refilling. They didn't even provide us with clothing hangers or anything.The bathroom was also very small; one cannot even sit properly on the commode. Additionally, the water pressure was insufficient, making it tough to clean yourself.

I loved my stay; the property is just like in the photos. The room is clean, comfortable, and has great air conditioning and has a good value for money. It's located near the beginning of the viewpoint, very close to the beach and several restaurants, but it's very silent. For me the biggest highlight are the ladies from the reception. They are very friendly and made my stay even more special.

Very welcoming staff , cheapest accommodation on the island for travelling in pairs . Cost us £3.88 each per night which is amazing . Offered to clean our room everyday . Got your own private space . Nice location .
Nothing bad to say about it . I wouldn’t say the actual rooms are luxurious at all means but considering the price you pay you get an absolute gem . Can’t ask for much more
Great double en-suite room in a quiet area of Phi Phi Don. The room was great value for money, there was a fan and cold water shower which we knew when booking (these were both sufficient for the weather).
The staff were super friendly and on hand to help with any of our needs. We extended by a night with ease.
The guest house is located in a quiet area but still within 5 to 10 minutes walk to all amenities, beaches and restaurants. The entrance to the viewpoint is also 1 minute walk.
Good spot, tucked away. Right next to the steps to head for the viewpoint. Plently of shops around.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable and no hot water but you wouldn’t really need it as it’s so humid.
