Convenient place to stay and on the whole very good.
Pros:

Clean and good evening restaurant

Cons:

Breakfast adequate but not great. Came down 20 minutes before closing and got buffet was quite depleted. Asked if I could have more hash browns cooked but apparently chef said no as too close to breakfast closing. We paid same as others so should have same choice even if it was late.

Exceptional Stay
Pros:

Honestly from Check in to Check out the experience was exceptional. The lady at Check in (didn't get a name) worked on the 15th and 16th July incredible - really warm welcome, I think could see i was tired so helped me to my room.

Breakfast and everyone as you go around the hotel so friendly also good quality food and hard product (beds amenities)

Fantastic location for Legoland, nice and quiet with clean spacious rooms.
Pros:

Very well kept with great service

Cons:

Breakfast could have better options for kids, especially since a lot of families stay there for Legoland. Just something like pancakes or waffles as an option would be great.
