Bon hôtel et agréable
Pros:

Très Bon hôtel, bien situé, proche métro . Personnel à l'écoute et très agréable. Chambre quintuple très spacieuse et nous avons eu 4 cadeaux delicates attentions pour mes 4 enfants car anniversaire d'une de ma fille.
Petit bémol: pas de salle pour petit déjeuner. Juste une petite table et 4 chaises et la terrasse extérieure non couverte Nous devions prendre nos aliments du petit dejeuner et manger dans la chambre.

Good hotel for a modicum price.
Pros:

The best price for the location. It was very close the where I needed to be. Still expensive but is London.
Otherwise decently clean hotel and very friendly staff.
Good shower facilities.

Cons:

I had minor issues with the bed. It had a thinner mattress over the thick one and it slided on the side when I moved during the night.

Friendly staff, but the room was not fit for guests

Cons:

We stayed at this property for a bachelorette trip and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The main issue was the bathroom: the walk-in shower was clearly not designed properly, as water leaked all over the bathroom floor every single time someone used it. There was a visible gap and no sealing strip on the glass panel, making it impossible to avoid flooding the bathroom.

When we reported the issue, the staff came to check and kindly provided extra towels. However, they also admitted that an entire piece of the shower door was missing. This made the situation even more frustrating, because I genuinely do not understand why rooms are still being given to guests when they are clearly not in adequate condition.

The towels were not a real solution at all, especially considering we were five people sharing one bathroom and shower. We also did not book an accessible bathroom, so this setup was unexpected and extremely inconvenient.

Even for a one-night stay it caused significant discomfort and frustration, and it completely affected our overall experience.

The only positive aspects were the very friendly staff and the convenient location close to Hammersmith station. Unfortunately, these were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the bathroom.

The staff were genuine and the place was clean

Cons:

The bedroom - it was small with two bunk beds and our small double beds shoved in the corner with no bed side tables, no power sockets nearby (as the layout of the room had clearly changed from how designed - bed in the middle of the room). There is was no table or dressing table as no room. It is okay is you are stacking people in a small place but other than that an awful room.

Pros:

C’était bien mais sans plus. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est sympa. Mais franchement payer 300€ la nuit pour une pièce si petite qu’on peut à peine circuler ! Pas de chaises pour s’asseoir même pas une. Le petit déjeuner est en fait un petit choix de viennoiseries , yaourts, barres de céréales qu’on ne peut même pas manger sur place ! Il faut aller dans sa chambre sur le lit ou à l’extérieur il y a 2 tables pour tout l’hôtel. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Stay was just ok..but I realised 'concept hotels' seem to have minimal staff when there''s a problem

Some of the room's electrical function failed..specifically, motion sensor for lighting . Shower lighting failed to switch off which interrupted sleep
