Super close to Hammersmith station and we always love a bunk room
Laundry was used by staff more often than not. Breakfast was pricey. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Smaller than expected

The location is very convenient for both Hammersmith tube stations, and is also on some of the major bus lines. It takes around 30-40 minutes to get to most central London attractions. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are plenty of restaurants/pubs within a few minutes walk.
My room was on the 4th floor, street facing, and I didn't get any street noise. There was only one window, but it was enough to get good daylight.
The front desk staff was very helpful, and I like that it is staffed 24 hours.
The room setup is a little odd - the bathroom is separated. The toilet is in it's own room with a full door. The sink sits like an island between the front door and the bed. And the shower opens directly into the main room, and has a frosted shower. If you're the only one in the room, this is fine. But if you're sharing the room and want some bathroom privacy, you will not get it.
I didn't like that the toilet room light went on automatically when you opened the door. For night time bathroom trips this was quite jarring. Also, the lighting over the bathroom mirror is awful for applying makeup. Luckily, there was another mirror on the bedroom side that got natural light.
Its location.
The room was grubby. It had not been cleaned properly since the last resident. The bin hadn’t even been emptied! The plug socket by my bed did not work so when I plugged my phone in at night it had not charged by the morning. This caused big problems for me getting to work as my phone died when I needed to buy train tickets. There was noise in the corridor late at night from a group of young people shouting. This woke me up and I struggled to get back to sleep. The shower scolded me when I got in. Why did no one bother to check it had been set at practically boiling point? The lady at reception was smiley but clearly stressed and distracted. All in all deeply disappointing. It was my first visit, likely to be my last I’m afraid. Everything felt worn out and grubby.

Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not offer good value for the price paid. While the hotel was reasonably clean upon arrival and the facilities were adequate, the room was uncomfortable and lacked the level of quality I expected.
What was particularly frustrating was that my room was not cleaned during my stay, and no fresh towels were provided despite my requesting this and receiving confirmation from the hotel that it would be taken care of. Having to follow up on such a basic service detracted significantly from the overall experience.
The location was only average and not particularly convenient, and although the staff were polite, the service felt indifferent and lacked attention to detail. Nothing about the stay stood out in a positive way, and several aspects felt below expectations.
I would not describe the hotel as terrible, but there are certainly better options available in the same price range. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

* There is an extra heater in the room (which was useful because the weather was cold. I didn’t use the air conditioning, so I can’t comment on whether it would be sufficient during the summer).
* There is always hot water.
* Complimentary tea and coffee are available at the reception 24/7.
* The hotel offers a very safe luggage storage service.
* It is very close to both the train station and bus stops.
* There is no mirror in the rooms.
Good location. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable airy bedroom on the 2nd floor (room 214). Soft and and comfortable beds. Toiletries provided. Hairdryer in room. TV in room. We quite liked the separate sink / toilet / shower set up.
Not a problem for us - but common facilities are limited. TV reception was a bit hit and miss. A £1 hold is placed on card but not clearly explained - I think its basically in case you damage the room.

전기주전자, 냉장고, 옷걸이, 금고, 헤어드라이기, 엘리베이터 있었습니다.
지하에 객실이 있을거라곤 생각하지 못했어요. 창문은 있었지만 환기나 채광이 아쉬웠습니다.
4인이 사용하기엔 공간이 너무 비좁았어요.
Non un posto dove fare colazione. La stanza era al piano -1 senza luce. Capisco che sia un ¨concept¨hotel ma forse sarebbe bene spiegare meglio quale sia il concetto cosi che uno possa scegliere di andare altrove
