Goede locatie, dichtbij Hammersmith station en genoeg restaurantjes om te ontbijten. Fijn dat iedereen op 1 kamer kon in de familiekamer. Entree is mooi en stylisch, daar stopt het helaas.

Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet établissement malheureusement.

L’établissement est bien placé et joli.

Cons:

L’entrée de l’hôtel est petit. Le petit déjeuner à prendre debout, ce n’est pas possible. J’ai l’impression qu’il s’agit uniquement d’un service type « servez-vous et partez ».
Nous étions deux et avons eu une chambre d’une famille XXL je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi.

Friendly staff and great location especially for the airport

Cons:

The room was uninhabitable. It was in the basement, had recently flooded and smelt and carpet was mouldy, shower door didn’t work, no light to see (did makeup by the light of my phone torch), peeling off stickers on walls. Staff said they have told management but the hotel still overbooks. So much for Superior. The worst place I’ve ever stayed.

Clean, modern and well thought out. Two thumbs up
Pros:

Goo location. Clean. Friendly. Modern. Not the usual tiered decor or appearance you get on this street. Someone’s spent a few quid to make something modern and comfortable. The air con was a very serious upgrade that’s for sure.

Cons:

Didn’t like being below road level meaning no view but that’s a small don’t like.
