Tout était parfait
Hotel muito bem situado, fáceis acessos a partir da AE (A1). Estacionamento privado (descoberto + garagem). A curta distância a pé do santuário de Fátima, sendo ótimo para passeios a pé pelas redondezas.
Quartos amplos, camas e almofadas muito confortáveis. Varanda com vista.
Hotel está muito bem apresentado.
Piscina exterior está em fase final de obras de r qualificação e será outro ponto forte do hotel muito em breve.
Sala de pequeno almoço com excelente iluminação, opções de alimentos diversificadas. Bom café.
Não posso deixar de destacar a rececionista Vanessa Mota que nos recebeu de forma excecional e foi muito competente, tornando todo o processo de check-in uma experiência mais agradável do que o habitual. Obrigado pela forma como nos receberam.

Talvez uma sugestão para o futuro: incluir máquinas de café nos quartos, embora não seja a norma na categoria (4 estrelas) pelo que não posso dizer que seja uma crítica mas sim uma recomendação.
I like the positive vibes of the reception and the room was of a good clean and airy view. The buffet menu was great with good customer service.
The sauna was not to write home about. There was a big messed up with our booking so everything in the sauna wasn’t working and we ended up not able to use it. And a member of staff we complained to was very dismissive and bluntly told us that she forgot to switch it on because she was busy with no apology. When I escalated this, I was told I was checking out that I will get a refund but couldn’t process it at that point because it was a weekend that they will put the money in to my account. A week later, they contacted me to say that they can’t refund my money because I paid for this service by cash, so they can only refund me with vouchers which I already discussed with them while there that I will go to the spa or recommend it to anyone.
As much as I like other services in this property, this issue and the way it was handled has discouraged me from using it again.
