No breakfast taken, surroundings good due to closeness to sea

Cons:

Stairs difficult for me as arthritic but no provision on Booking.com to ask for room with few stairs

Outside of reception could have done with tidy up ie some litter and paintwork a little worn …

Pros:

Clean, easy check in, on site bar and restaurant. We didn't visit as only there one night but our friends said the food is really good

Cons:

Bathroom was tired. Shower screen seal was torn and screen had a hole in so we had to be really careful when using the shower.

Just about everything. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Why do you have cheap toilet roll, and could do with a summer duvet, you know...it's summer. Stops me from giving a perfect 10 all round.

The stay was excellent as the hotel was easy to find and the staff all were cheerful and helpful

It's a bit misleading that on booking.com it says it has a car park when parking is pretty much on street and time limited.

Great location, very clean, too mich noise though.
Pros:

Clean, great location, excellent staff.

Cons:

Loud music until very late, noisy guests shouting when they were coming back at 1:15 am. More noisy guests. I only slept for 3 hours due to the noise. £100 deposit for room no one mentioned until you check in. And expensive stay at £140 for one night with hardly any sleep.
