Teníamos terror de que la habitación de 5 personas fuera pequeña y superó nuestras expectativas, es MUY GRANDE, además todo estaba en excelente estado, había áreas comunes impresionantes y el lugar es bellísimo!! El trato, la comida, la estancia, los jardines, las habitaciones, todo fue excepcional, estoy muy agradecida de haber encontrado este espacio! :)

Cons:

Un único detalle, ojalá pudiera haber más baños públicos que los de las habitaciones. Pero fuera de eso TODO ES EXCELENTE Y MUY BELLO! 10/10!

A quieter oasi
Pros:

It was in a quieter section of Florence but many good restaurants very close by. The staff was very helpful with all our questions and the breakfast was very good. They have a beautiful garden in the back with many fruit trees and a grape arbor to go outside and enjoy nature in the quiet.

Cons:

The room had air conditioning but still a little warm for us.

Recommend for short stay
Pros:

Lovely place to say, bedrooms are a reflection of the fact that it is an old nunnery. En-suites were great though. Location was superb. Staff very very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

La situation, dans le centre historique de Florence est exceptionnelle (permettant un accès et un parking privé à l'hôtel)
La bâtisse est magnifique, reflet d'un passé prestigieux. Le touriste aimant séjourner dans un hôtel qui soit en harmonie avec la ville qu'il visite sera ici comblé: la façade, le hall d'entrée et l'escalier monumental qui mène aux chambres sont d'une exceptionnelle beauté. On est loin, très loin, de l'anonymat des grandes chaînes hôtelières . Ici tout est sévère, sans faux luxe ni fioritures , mais d'une rare élégance ...Les petits déjeuners se déroulent dans une très belle salle ancienne, au mobilier moderne (, avec des chaises ressemblant à celles créées par le designer Philippe Starck )s'ouvrant sur la lumière du jardin ...les mets proposés sont variés et délicieux...... Tout ce que j'aime pour un rapport "qualité prix" qui me paraît remarquable dans un endroit aussi recherché que Florence . Pour moi, un vrai "coup de cœur"...

A unique and beautiful place to stay!
Pros:

Staying in a convent was really special! I loved the architecture and spending time in the garden. It was also in a really nice location within walking distance of a lot of great places to eat and things to do. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the facilities could use some upkeep. Our mirror fell off the first day we arrived from just a slight bump but thankfully the staff was super accommodating and allowed us to use a bathroom in a different room while it was repaired. Our toilet flusher also broke the final day of our stay.
