Great hotel
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tide. The overall experience was good, not outstanding, with a great balance of comfort, service and quality.

The breakfast offered a strong selection with high quality options each morning. The staff were consistently friendly, professional and attentive, with special mention to Fifa, who was particularly helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. My room was spacious, well presented and had a beautiful balcony view. The pool and gym were both well maintained and added to the stay.

The hotel is not close to the old town or Patong but the beach is stunning. The view from the pool, especially at sunrise, and sunset is beyond description.

Overall, a high quality and memorable stay, and I would definitely return.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor issues. The gym did not always have towels or water available, which could be improved. Additionally, my room door did not lock on one occasion and was left unsecured for around an hour when I was in the gym. It required some effort to get this resolved, although the staff remained friendly and professional throughout. Check-in itself was smooth and efficient.

Too far away from Phuket Airport for a one night stay, but the staff were lovely.
Pros:

Lovely Pool access room , the food was good and the view is stunning.

Cons:

It was very far from Phuket Airport, which is no one’s fault but mine, but for a quick stopover, it was too far!
