Pros:

The room is big and clean. The air-con is strong enough after coming back from outside (🔥🔥 weather). There is a smoking room (3rd floor) and you cannot smell the smoke when passing by the door. There is a private carpark behind the hotel.

Cons:

There is no cupboard and the hangers are near the door. The back of the hotel is facing a funeral parlor. The big spotlights for the carpark behind the hotel are on intermittently and when it is night, the carpark is dark. Toilet light is not well light. After using 2 to 3 times (not big number) the toilet paper runs out. (Staff might have forgotten to check and provide)

Pros:

Checked out earlier on 23rd August instead on 24th August, no receipt of payment no refund. Requested rooms with windows but weren't provided, ended up with claustrophobia as a senior citizen.

Great location.
Breakfast is good

steep ladders access to the lobby . Especially rainy day is a danger to the hotel guests.
