Mixed feelings
Pros:

Clean and spacious room. Comfy beds. With one queen bed and one proper single bed, not a sofa bed. Good location.

Cons:

Staff not friendly. I asked for a room far away from the lift when I booked, as I am staying for 4 nights. They gave me a room right next to the lift. I asked to change and they said no - as this room is “next to the lift, not opposite to the lift. “So they think this still counts as “far away from the lift”. Then the other staff said there is no other room left. I asked whether they can change us to another room the second day. He said ok. I hope they would proactively offer us this solution. My room price is not cheap. The room next to the lift on the lower floor ends up having mosquitoes getting in through the door or lift and I got bitten. Luckily i only got one bite. Not sure about my family. Staff should be better trained. It is my second time to this hotel. Disappointing service. But the room on the second to fourth night is good. No mosquitoes.

Locația este excelentă, la aproximativ 5-10 minute de metrou si autobuz, la cativa pasi de Myeongdong si de muzeele și alte atracții din imprejurimi.
Camera spațioasa, curata, liniștita cu un pat mare și confortabil.
O mulțime de restaurante mici in imprejurimi cu mancare delicioasa, cafenele si magazine alimentare.
Spalătoria de la subsol si spatiul exterior de pe acoperis, cu vedere la turnul Namsan, au fost cu siguranța placute.
