Pros:

Location is excellent, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous.

Cons:

The AC would not go lower than 25C despite us changing the temperature to a lower degree, tried 2 different rooms and staff coming to fix the issue. It was cooler outside (19C) than inside the room.

The location was excellent, but the room size and noise level could be improved.
Pros:

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the subway, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding area also has plenty of breakfast and meal options. The room is clean.

The staff were helpful. When I could not get a taxi to Busan Station on my own and approached a staff member, he did his best to help arrange one; I am thankful for his assistance.

Cons:

We booked a triple room (we travelled as a family of three - 1 adult + two children) and it felt quite cramped for three people, though it indicated "triple room". We had also requested a quiet room, but were assigned a low-floor room near and facing the lift, so it was not as quiet as hoped.

Pros:

The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the subway, making it very convenient to get around. The surrounding area also has plenty of breakfast and lunch options. There are also convenience stores such as CU, Seven-Eleven, GS within walking distance.
Our quadruple room was very spacious and clean. We had a room facing Seoul Tower, and we could see it from a distance, which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend G2 Hotel for its location and accessibility.

Cons:

Nothing in particular—everything met our expectations. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. But perfect if request for extra blanket is FOC.. It is currently chargeable.

Good Location, but Room for Improvement
Pros:

The room and bed were fine, and the housekeeping staff were extremely kind. The reception staff did their jobs properly, but could have been a little more welcoming. The toilet flush was weak, even after we reported the issue, and we noticed what appeared to be mold around the air-conditioning vent. For the price and a four-star hotel, we expected a little more.
