Great location, but the facilities left us wanting more.
Pros:

The location was great and the primary reason for choosing this property. The staff at the reception were also very nice and friendly.

Cons:

It was said that the room was sound proofed, however all the noises were very clearly heard from the corridors and the neighbouring rooms. The WiFi also did not work. Lastly, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

Pros:

Skvělé ubytování přímo v centru Prahy! Moc jsme ocenili perfektní polohu a krásný výhled na Staronovou synagogu, který dodal pobytu jedinečnou atmosféru.

Velmi příjemně nás překvapily jasné a přehledné instrukce k ubytování. Díky nim bylo odbavení naprosto bezproblémové a vše proběhlo hladce, i bez recepce.

Pokoj byl prostorný, moderní, perfektně čistý a velmi pohodlný. Stejně tak koupelna byla krásná, velká a bez jediné výtky. Přestože jsme bydleli přímo v centru města, v noci byl na pokoji naprostý klid, takže jsme se skvěle vyspali.

Celkově to byla perfektní noc v samém srdci Prahy. Pokud budeme příště hledat ubytování v centru, velmi rádi se sem vrátíme. Rozhodně doporučujeme!

I truly wanted to love it but...
Pros:

The room had a lovely attic-style layout and was very spacious. The location is fantastic, everything was clean, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons:

What we didn’t like was the very loud noise coming from the air con, which meant we had to buy earplugs. Before that, we were moved to two different rooms in an attempt to avoid the problem, but unfortunately the noise was present in all of them.

We eventually stayed in Room 3, where the shower is very small and poorly designed. The glass door hits the sink when opened, and there is also a sharp-edged step that I hurt myself on several times.

The rooms are also not soundproofed at all, so you can hear absolutely everything from outside.

חשוב לציין לפני ההזמנה שזה לא מלון, אלא סוג של אפרטמנת, לא מתאים לכל אחד. אני חיפשתי מלון, ורק אחרי ההזמנה התברר שזה לא

ממש בעיה עם צ׳ק אין, מאוד מסובך. תהליך קבלת המפתח מורכב, אין הנחיות מפורטות, גם אין גמישות לגבי השעה שאפשר לעשות צ׳ק אין.

Pros:

Tutto. Stanza, arredamento, illuminazione, letto comodo, bagno moderno e fornito persino di balsamo per capelli, minibar e condizionatore:)

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto che le pulizie in camera venissero fatte dalle 11.00 in poi (orario dei check-out), invece c’era del personale nei corridoi già alle 9.30 del mattino e dalla stanza si sentiva rumore.
