Wonderful staff and owner. Super friendly and helpful. Gave loads of tips. Even picked us up from the airport. The hotel is newly renovated and they are really trying their best to be as good as possible. Location is a bit out of town but just near the big park with a lake, great for long walks or runs

I will recommend this hotel for fiends and family. The expirience was excellent. Its ina quiet place with great mountain view.

Staff were very friendly and the room spacious. Not to my taste though. It was clean, the toilet for some reason sloped down so staying on was hard! I think a couple of the rooms have poles in so wondered what kind of hotel I had gone to based on the promotional video. Simple breakfast with a variety of cold options. The area round is a building site and not nice. Its half hour walk to the centre of Tirana. Buses very busy.

Edward and the staff was very friendly and helpful to foreigner. He is also willing to prepare anything, you like to eat. They have variety of rooms from.economy to elegant.

The rooms was very comfortable, the service was great, and the workers are very friendly. They offer a free breakfast that was ver delicious and they change it each day. I would recommend this hotel for short stays as well as long. They have a beautiful lounge and bar and also free parking. The hotel is located across the street from The Grand Park which is a major attraction in Tirana. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again on my next trip to Tirana

Friendly staff , nice room, location is a little bit of ( but we knew that) and the breakfast is not the greatest but it worked for us.

Really nice and comfy hotel with really friendly and helpful staff! Room was big, fresh and new. Perfect quality-price ratio. Not in the city center but easy to walk there or go by bus (40LEK). There are also good restaurants nearby and really nice park which you can also cross while you walk to the city center. I would definitely come back to this hotel next time while visiting Tirana!

Appena arrivate io e le mie compagne di viaggio ci hanno assegnate le nostre stanze. La nostra meraviglia è stata nel verificare che ogni stanza è diversa dalle altre e tutte molto particolari. La mia era stile foresta. Particolare e unica. Soggiorno comunque piacevole, comodo in stanze oltre che belle anche pulite, dotate di tutti i confort. Il titolare e lo staff tutti molto disponibili e gentili. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Very nice hotel, great price, and great staff.

The way the shower is set up, the whole bathroom gets wet. Looks nice and modern though.

Goodwifi but the toilets are terrible because it is easy to see the otherinside .m

Clean & comfortable rooms,but the area around hotel is unsuitable, also TV chanels were limited & bored

A jewel in the neighborhood. A short walk to town and good restaurant s in the area. Very inexpensive with wide internet price swings

I checked in with my friend there, because she has forgotten her I.D
Spent 2 hours in the room watching T.V
They charged her for another person. The manager came downstairs, yelling and she din't even want to listen to what I had to say. She said that she does not care about customers reviews.
