Wouldnt ever book this hotel again and would advise people against staying here

Cons:

Unable to shower first night as the shower was extremely loose and hanging off the wall. This wasnt fixed until 24hrs after checking in

The noise coming from the refrigerator was too loud.

The duvet and pillow covers were not changed during our 4 day stay

Staff were not friendly and didnt really care about any issues

Konumu oldukça iyiydi. Odamız büyük, temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve yardımsever insanlardı. Havaalanına ulaşım için de bize yardımcı oldular. Her şeyiyle güzeldi.

Pros:

It's my first time in Albania, so I've chosen just a big room for fair price.

So it was like this - perfect location, ability to pay by card, helpful stuff.

And a hidden gem - service to check in earlier! Never met it anywhere in the world!👍

Breakfast was normal for 4 star hotel.

What else could I tell about stuff - they're professional, my invoice was prepared for a few seconds.

Cons:

To be honest everything was alright but I prefer to have different type of towels.

Also I expected a room with a big window and a view on a street.

There was sometimes noisy but all this influences about 10% of my visit.
