Pague lo de 3 personas con desayuno incluido. Al terminar desayuno me cobraron uno más, el cual pagué. Fui a reclamar a la administración y me dijeron que, efectivamente estaban pagados los tres. Que me iban a regresar el dinero. Tenía que esperar un rato para que me lo regresaran. No tenía su tiempo y pasó como media hora y nada que regresaban. Me fui muy molesto, ya que ni dinero me regresaron. Ya había estado en ese hotel. Que pena no se pongan de acuerdo todo el personal. Jamás regresaré a ese hotel. Pagué un desayuno extra qué ya había pagado. No me regresaron nada. Es un fraude eso.

I like the quality of the beds. They are very comfortable sheets and The quality of the fabrics and materials are very good. Breakfast and dinner opportunities are much better than average in this area of Mexico, the front desk and professional.
